COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wheat ale brewed with williams pears

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Hazy yellow color, medium sized foamy white head. Aroma is orangepeel and old rotting fruits, bleh not nice. Taste is lightly fruity, sourish pear. Weird and not nice at all.

Bottle @ benzai. Hazy yellow with a medium sizes white head. Smells rotten pear, yeast and a shitload of herbs and spices. Tastes sourish, pear and nasty. Thin body, medium carbo. Crying with the baseball cap on.

Appearance: Flip-top bottle which overflowed when opening. Way too much head when poured into the glass. Very hazy light orange with sediments and a chunk of something round and black. Hmmm...
Aroma: Pear, slightly tart.
Taste: Quite tart, noticeable pears. Slight yeast. Watery. Disappointing.
Bought: Halle aux Boissons (Matran), 330 ml, CHF 4.35

from the webshop of the brewery; a wheat ale brewed with williams pears - cloudy orange beer under a bright and firm white head; nice lacework; a solid aroma of pear with notes of cream and corn; velvety palate and quite thin-bodied; low carbonation and with some sweetness; no bitterness and a late acidic touch; short and a bit tasteless finish showing just more notes of pear - very original and pretty nicely made but getting a bit cloying after 2 dl
