UPDATED: MAR 25, 2020 33cl bottle. A clear amber beer with a off-white head. Aroma of caramel, riped fruits, yeast. Taste of riped orange fruits, caramel, toffee, some herbal malt and yeast.

UPDATED: OCT 25, 2018 Mooie zoet/zure saison met een fruitige smaak die de smaak van perzik en citrus in zich heeft. Heeft door het gebruikte champagne gist een ietwat droge nasmaak en een zuurtje. Het bier heeft een fijne koolzuur pareling. -backlog de BierApp-

Bottle @ Opalo, Madrid. Pours clear orange with an off white head. Sweet malt dominates mouth and nose. Some fruit and champagne as well. Bad batch? Too old? Nothing much in common with a saison as we know it.

27/VII/17 - 33cl bottle from Willems (Grobbenconk) @ holidays - BB: II/2017 (2017-1138)

Pretty cloudy orange beer, big solid creamy off-white head, very stable, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: very fruity, some tropical fruits, peaches, very floral as well, lovely stuff. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: bit sourish, pretty bitter, hoppy, some citrus, fruity notes, little spicy, pepper, coriander, bit yeasty. Aftertaste: bitter, spicy notes, bit sourish, some alcohol, very bitter, a hint of tropical fruits, dry finish. Lovely beer!

Bottle 0.33l at Little Delirium Amsterdam, The Netherlands. 02.02.2017. Taste with kermis. Pour it orange color with big white head. Aroma grainy, some sweet notes on the back. Taste nice lemony, sweet orange juice, champagne yeast carachter, really nice and interesting, medium body, sticky, slick feel, fizzy carbonation, long finish, lightly bitter, light sweetness. Good!

Alone at home. Hazy blond colored beer with large rocky white head and lots of carbonation. Yeasty fruited aroma. Full sparkling palate. Finish is sweet yeasty fruited dry.

33cl Bottle @ 2D2Dspuma Tienda, Barcelona, Spain. Golden colour with a thick foamy white head. Aroma is citrus, yeast, grapes, spices. Taste is citrus, herbs, yeast, spices, bitter, slightly sweet. Medium body, lively carbonation

Bottle shared at Little Delirium, Amsterdam CS. Cloudy orange with a big white head. Aroma of yeast, herbal notes, citrus, green herbal hops, light spice and light fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Bottle. Light golden, hazy, average to large and mostly diminishing head. Moderate, malty - lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish aroma, faint caramel, light floral fruitiness with light - some citrus/herbal hoppyness. Body is light to medium, malty - lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish flavor, faint caramel and floral fruitiness with light citrus/herbal hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - lightly wheaty and dryish - lightly sweetish with light floral fruitiness and light - some citrus/herbal hoppyness. Lacks spiciness usually found in saison - maybe champagne yeast just do not work here. OK being spanish brew (not really a saison) - not too sweet/not too much caramel.
