UPDATED: FEB 8, 2018 355ml can @home, thanks Guillaume for the gift. Aroma: piney, citrusy with some peaches as well. App: dark golden, medium frothy white white head leaving good lacing. Taste and palate: medium body, citrusy, juicy a bit, malted a bit as well with a moderate bitter finish. Overall: good stuff. Looked a bit oxidated but didn't taste at all. Could be a bit less bitter but still really easy too drink. Well made.

*4/8/2015 750ml growler poured into a Sara’s Cellar wine glass. A~ light glowing yellow with a fluffy/bubbly head and a little lacing. S~ ohhhh! that mosaic! crazy dank grass and some lemon up front followed by a plethora of tropical fruit! mango, guava, and some passionfruit. T~ oh how i love the dank vomit flavor of mosaic! my favorite kind of vomit haha! dank grass up front and then an explosion of mango juice! M~ surprisingly kind of thick, nothing wrong with that though. nice carbonation and definitely still refreshing! O~ this is just fantastic! my favorite of the single hop series so far but i’m super excited for cascade so that might change! anyway all you need to know is this brew is crazy juicy and DANK!

Growler shared with my brother at his place in New Hampshire during a visit to the US. Pours clear yellow-gold with a thick, frothy white head. The nose has nice peach, piss and pithy tangerine. Light to medium sweet flavour, with nice juicy peach, melon, tangerine, light piney bitterness. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. More bright and juicy hops coming through in the finish, some pee notes, melon, more tangerine and peach, mellow balancing sweetness. Really great stuff overall. Immensely drinkable.

On tap at Draught. Pours a hazed gold apricot with a medium sized white head. Grassy, sweaty sweet mango, spring onions, crystallized pineapple. Medium bodied, soft mouthfeel, musk, sweaty and a good amount of mango/garlic, light sweetness, a bit spicy. Slow musk into the finish, gentle hints of bitterness, super soft.
