COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brooklyn Scorcher IPA is a surprisingly sessionable IPA. A floral, piney hop aroma strikes first, followed by a burst of mouthwatering bitterness, a hint of toasty malt and a clean, lively finish. It’s ludicrously tasty and, at reasonable 4.5 %, it’s a beer you can come back to again and again.

imdownthepub (14744) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 12, 2017
Draught at The Head of Steam, Tynemouth, Tyne & Wear. Hazy gold to amber with white head. Quite a malty, almost lager like beer initially, thinnish, lemon notes with a pine needle aside. Lacks some oomph but it’s okay.

3.2
flemmingwillum (1218) - Nysted, DENMARK - AUG 11, 2017
Rating 1213, flaske i Lalandia.

Onesimus (89) - Nottinghamshire, ENGLAND - AUG 9, 2017
The ratings for this beer are unflattering but I liked it. That pale marmalade colour carries into the nose and flavour. Not much of a head mind you and any there was soon vanished. The nose is a modest pine and pith with the just the slightest hint of malts. Straight from the fridge the thin cold liquid and the unpretentious carbonation still manages to bring a crisp sensation to the mouth. The flavours are as the nose but mostly a big marmalade pithiness that lingers into a long acerbic finish.

rauchbier (3900) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - AUG 1, 2017
Bottle. Yellow gold, thin short lived white head and low condition.Pleasantly fruity nose, with hints of lemon sherbert, citrus and a sweet maltiness. Quite dry and thin in the mouth with a slight metallic note, a chalky hop bitterness and a faint background barnyard yeast note. Finish is mostly dry and lingeringly hop bitter.

Beese (2931) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - JUL 25, 2017
330ml bottle from M&S, Watford. Nice and hoppy, clear pale ale. Quite dry and drinkable.

meccahh69lol (245) - New Haven, Connecticut, USA - JUL 22, 2017
poured into a tulip, but theres only so much you can do for this one, a middling effort to be sure. The aroma is faint and thin hop and post jog running shorts and the appearance is a clearish light dehydrated urine yellow. The taste is a flat dollop of bitter and some lingering oak sawdust. Not one to seek out, but not undrinkable. Good for wrapping up catching up on a months worth of wrestling while listening to depressing synth music.

3.4
GuideDogSaint (1580) - Xiamen, CHINA - JUL 22, 2017
355ml bottle from Waitrose, Epsom. Pours clear golden with a white head. High carbonation. Aroma of hops, grain and citrus. Highly bitter taste and finish.

3.2
saxo (18738) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - JUL 22, 2017
Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, flowers, hops, pine and malt. Light bitter finish.
