On tap @ Pizza Port Carlsbad. Hazed golden beer with some white foam. A little bit on the dank side. There’s a lot of grapefruit, orange, and some melon. Get a definite oniony bitterness to the finish of this. Minimal malt flavor and really actually pretty dry. Notes of lemon, lime, and white grapefruit peel. It’s kind of your more typical Pizza Port and San Diego IPA.

Sampled from tap at ’Craft Beer Corner’. Murky, straw yellow with a white head. Sweetish, fruity-grassy aroma of pineapple, lemon peel and lemongrass. Slightly bitter, grassy-fruity and juicy taste of lemon peel, pineapple, lemongrass and some spruce, followed by a medium long, rather dry-bitter, grassy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty!

Tap. Clear golden body with an average lacing, white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pineapple, pine and caramel. Sweet flavor that ends up being dry and nice bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. A very nice IPA indeed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Draught at Bishops Arms Savoy. Hazy golden colored with a small white head. Fruity aroma of hops, caramel and pine needles. Fruity flavor of caramel, hops and pine needles. Hoppy finish.

Sampled at GABF 2016 with Paul and Larry. Pours a bright golden body with thick white lacing. Nose is super fruit and dank. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, juicy and sessionable with notes of dank melon, asian fruits, funky citric hop profile and pineapple. Great stuff.

Tap @ PP Carlsbad. Hazy yellow color with a thick white head. Focused pine and bitterness with spots of citrus. Taste is clean bitterness with bready malt and pine. Clean drinker. Very nice.

Multiple tap-pours at Pizza Port Carlsbad December 2015 - June 2016. $5 16oz pints. Clear golden pour with rocky, white foam. Sticky lacing. Stinky tropical melon nose, durian, fresh cantaloupe. Taste is clean and lighter, some durian funk, sessionable body really, seltzer carbonation and feeling lighter than the ABV posted. Some white grape juice, medium bitterness. Improved body from most of Pizza Port’s chewy IPAs. Dry finale.
