COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle conditioned. Available occasionally on cask as Priors Gold.
A good robust bitter. Some crystal malt gives a slight golden colour while a dry rich hoppy bitterness makes for a refreshing experience.

UPDATED: MAY 10, 2022 Bottle, labelled Premium Bitter. Golden amber with a small white head that lasts pretty well. Aroma is biscuity with some peach and very English citrus. So it tastes. Dryish with some floral and peppery notes as well as fruit. Fairly bitter end. Satisfying.

Moderate body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Some bitterness to finish. Easy drinking ale.

500ml bottle (BB Feb 2015). Deep golden amber color. Medium size, off-white head, stays. Bit metallic, malty, grainy, herbal hops in aroma. Dusty, grainy, husky, herbal hops and bit papery in taste. Spicy herbal hops and dusty paper and some nuttiness in aftertaste. Solid grainy and hard candy caramelly mouthfeel. Well preserved and solid brew.
