UPDATED: MAR 25, 2020 Canette 473ml. Couleur dorée translucide, mousse blanche aérienne. Arôme de céréales, houblon herbacé, légèrement banane, croûte de pain, fruits jaunes. Goût de céréales, levure, légère amertume, un peu sucré, malt, pointe de houblon herbacé. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2019 Very lightly hazed straw colour. White head. The aroma is lightly sweet and a little bit herbal. A little bit of grassiness and some spice. Fresh and a bit zesty. Fresh with lots of hay and zesty/noble hops. Tasty.

Une bière blonde, avec une belle effervescence, avec une grosse carbonatation. Au nez, grain, céréalier, c'est frais, on sent le houblon noble avec des petites touches sucrées également. En bouche, la première impression que j'ai est que c'est excessivement smooth. La balance est bien faite alors que ce n'est ni trop sucré, ni trop sec. C'est très doux, soyeux, avec une finale un poil amer, qui est un peu sèche, mais qui laisse tout de même place à une belle touche céréalière bien en présence. Fort agréable.

Bottle found in Montreal.golden pour with large head. Aroma is a touch doughy. Some gentle toasted bread character. Slight accents of honey. Mellow grass. Well balanced flavor. A touch fuller than expected. Gentle cereal sweetness. Very mellow herb-rubbed grass accents. Solid.

Ar: Fresh, doughy crackers; dried mixed flowers, fine and noble. Ap: Pale golden and clear; medium-large off-white head with excellent retention, staying atop solid and thick. T: Dough; lots of lemony tartness; bitterness is high and rough; quite acidic; a slight hint of vinegar; finish is bitters and acid. P: Medium-light body with very high carbonation; very dry finish. O: Smells nice and looks good in the glass, but the tartness and bitterness in the flavor are just over the top; perhaps infected or super heavy on acid from other sources.

Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy golden color with a medium size white foamy head with OK retention with some light lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with light residual sugar with light floral notes. Taste is a mix of cereal notes with some subtle residual sugar notes and light floral notes. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Solid rendition of the style.

Bouteille 500ml. Arômes floraux accompagné de miel de biscuits sucrés et de pâtisseries. Belle présence maltée. Le visuel est d’un doré limpide, couronné d’une mousse un doigt qui persiste moyennement. L’entrée de bouche se compose en majeure partie d’accents de grains, accompagnés d’ une finale intensément herbacée qui persiste au fond de la langue pendant longtemps. Des tons miellés, du biscuit, du pain, mais surtout une amertume intense mèlée d’écorce de grain et de houblons herbacés. Bel équilibre. Effervescence modérément vive. Savoureuse et rafraîchissante.

Une blonde coiffée d’un chef tenace qui s’accroche fermement à la paroi en se résorbant. Ça sent le grain, le miel et les herbes fraîches. C’est croustillant en bouche et veloutée également. Ça goûte les céréales et le printemps. Elle glisse bien et invite à boire encore et encore ce liquide d’une politesse absolument charmante. (L703- MA 18-02-18) (2199-190517)
