UPDATED: JAN 8, 2020 330 ml can from the airport duty free at Christchurch, NZ. Appearance is a somewhat hazy, dark gold, topped with a finger of white froth. Aroma is citrus hops mainly. Taste is sweet, citrus, with a good malt backbone. Mouthfeel is light bodied, somewhat thin.

UPDATED: JAN 4, 2019 A light malt and hop aroma, pours a clear gold color with a thin white head. Taste is generic hops and malt with a watery body and a bitter hop finish.

On handpull at OGB. Pours gold orange. Orange, peach, grapefruit, lemon, biscuit. Good body. Tasty.

330ml can Light amber pour with decent head. Aroma of grain, grassy, light lemon fruit hop, yeast and earth. Mild bitterness. Earthy/sulfur taste & palate. OK.

Jar on tap at brewery. Deep golden colour with no head. I think the jars kill the head. No aroma, no carbonation. Flat mouthfeel. Nutty, slightly fruity and bitter. Funky earthy finish. Actually really nice but looks ordinary

Poured from tap. Dark gold colour. Not much on the nose. Good hop taste throughout but a bit watery ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Amber color, clear liquid. Artificial lab smell. Disinfection, corn, cheese aroma. Not very good.

Floral hops and caramel malts. Sweet malt flavor with hop bitterness. Medium bodied.

There is nothing wrong at all with this beer, it is well balanced and bright and crisp, and very easy drinking. Looks great in the glass, decent head, decent lacing. Lacks real bitterness but has quaffability and that ’session’ beer quality about it that makes you wish you had another. It is a really decent IPA, it isn’t a class leading hop explosion IPA. It is a beer I wish I had another of.

Pale gold body with a small white head. Saltine cracker and toasted bread malt; lemon, pineapple, apricot nectar, light spice from the hops. Has an odd plastic note and some twangy corn syrup notes. Medium-light body, watery and thin and flabby, medium sweetness, syrupy with medium-low bitterness. Pretty plain and seems unfinished. Could benefit from more carbonation and fuller mouth feel, it’s pretty limp as it in and the hop character is basic.
