UPDATED: MAY 29, 2022 300 ml tap. Cloudy light red with small head. Lactic acid, sauerkraut, lime juice, mint, raspberry, sea salt. Acidic sourness. Light bodied, watery texture, soft carbonated, dry sour fruity finish.

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2022 Poured from the tap. Cloudy pink-ish orange with small white head. Very floral, mild citrus hops, light lime, hint of berry. I feel like this is slightly old.

Aroma: tart raspberries, rhubarb and yoghurt. Taste: raspberry yoghurt, soft lime and funky. Light bitterness and acidity. Soft carbonation. Refreshing. Very soft salty finish. Next one please!

UPDATED: MAR 5, 2021 Bottle at the 2nd test tasting, H'zmere, 16/07/20 from a Euro Swap. Pinky orange with a well presented light crimson cap. Nose is tangy berry fruits, lemon zest, lime, grass. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, sharp raspberry notes, grass, herb, pink berry notes, berry pips, balsa wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering kiss. A decent and refreshing affair.

UPDATED: JAN 7, 2021 Raspberry aroma, hazy purple liquid, decent head. Taste is great - lime, berries, grainy bit of bitterness, salty character. Spot on carbonation in an oily liquid. Amazing beer

UPDATED: NOV 15, 2020 This is probably my favorite gose. Raspberry, lime, salt it is very refreshing, full body, great color, simply a great one. Whenever I find it in one of my local beer shop I have to take it home. Pity that they do not have it more often on tap.

UPDATED: SEP 14, 2020 Draught in Summer 2018. Juicy raspberry, light lime, passionfruit, vaguely salty, tart, very crisp. Excellent.

UPDATED: AUG 2, 2020 26/7/2020. Sample courtesy of the SHIG. Pours clear pale gold with a pink tint and a small bubbly white head. Aroma of tart raspberries, rhubarb, gooseberry. Medium sweetness and light bitterness with moderate tartness. Oily texture and soft carbonation.

Flavour is composed of dry raspberry flint, berry funk, chalk. Grape.. Palate is semi crisp, tart, highish carbonation. Lovely raspberry fruit character.
