UPDATED: DEC 16, 2018 courtesy of Markus Klossner - very hazy amber-orange beer with no foam; aroma of oranges and vomit; sweet, low carbonation, moderate malt backbone, gently lactic; ripe fruity finish - a bit cloying and tastes like a homebrew
Bottle at 1411 restaurant, Leukerbad. Pours slightly cloudy golden with a big head and a medium retention. Aroma is grassy, clover, pale malts, sausage spices. Body is lightish, lively forward carbonation, softly sweet and bitter, quite round. Some herbs, straw. Palate lingers in carbonation residues, rather dry. Quite good.
