COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Adambier. Collab Kees and De Molen. This beer is part of a set of three collaborations, all brewed with Lapsang Souchong tea. We have revived the ancient German Adambier style, which balances rich dark malts with a touch of smoke.

UPDATED: DEC 7, 2019 Color marrón oscuro casi negro, opaca, ligeros reflejos granates.

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2019 Can at home in Hackney - may have sourced via the Bottle Shop (RIP). Pours clear, deep brown with a foamy beige head. Lovely, deep character, some toasted malts, brown bread, toffee, smoke, a little peat, dried berries. Medium to full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, just a touch sticky sweet, with more smoked malts, brown bread, toasted toffee, dates. Really tasty gear.

UPDATED: MAY 23, 2019 Pours black, a thin and lasting beige head with sticky lacing. Aroma of smoke, leather, chocolate, spices, bacon. Tastes bitter and very smokey. Strong bacon, smoke, leather, pepper, licorice. Alcohol is very well hidden. Full bodied, thick and 'fat' beer. Never had an Adambier before so I can't compare much, but I'm definitely enjoying it!

De Decervecitas. En copa Teku. Viendo Colony 3x10-11.

330ml can. This is my first time drinking an Adambier. Pours dark brown with a beige head, dissipating slowly. Aroma is very smokey, meaty, dark malts, leather. Taste is the same, smoked meats, dark malts, leathery, dark fruits, liquorice. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Really pleasantly surprised by this as I'm not a lover of smoked beers generally, this was really nicely done.

Goed!
