UPDATED: DEC 7, 2018 @Bacon Beer Day - light hazy golden-blond beer with a white foam left; delicate aroma of rhubarb and herbs; moderate head retention; light sourish, dry; the rhubarb is more expressive in the finish, light funky and cheesy

From tap at Craft Beer Festival Thun 2018. Nearly clear dirty golden with a white head. The aroma is lightly grainy and lightly acidic with some rhubarb, spicy, pears. Light to medium body with a light sourness and a light tartness. The flavor stars with acidic fruity notes, lemon, rhubarb, some yeast. Finishes dry with a light tartness. A little arbitrary.
