Taste of bready, grainy malts, some caramel, slight orange and subtle spicy hops. Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. A soft, dryish, malty and subtly citrus hop bitterness in the finish. A well brewed bitter, good modern take.

UPDATED: SEP 5, 2019 Can at home. I loved every minute of this beer. Has English bitter become a craft beer now? I hope so. The beer had fruity taste which I wasn't expecting it is also melty in keeping with the style. I'm glad cloud water have produced this beer and I hope more come soon

Light unclear medium yellow - amber orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, nutty, dusty, light to moderate hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dusty, sweet malt, fruity malt, hop bitter, light nutty, light to moderate fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190719]

UPDATED: AUG 1, 2019 Can at home in Hackney - picked up at the London taproom. Pours mostly clear amber-gold with a creamy, off-white head. Well delivered bitter, some toasted grains, leaves, a bit of citrus peel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more toasted bread and grains, mellow leafy bitterness, citrusy accents, grass, dried berries. No complaints here.

UPDATED: JUL 14, 2019 Draft sample at Good Vibes. The beer is a clear yellow with a white head of foam. Definitely more of a hoppy beer than I expected. Earthy and citrusy hop character. Lighter body and moderate carbonation. Pretty good.
