Zlotta (8951) - Hagen, GERMANY - OCT 2, 2023UPDATED: OCT 2, 2023 0.355 l bottle from 'Rudat', best before August 2023. Clear, reddish brown with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty aroma of caramel, cocoa and nuts. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, a bit roasty taste of caramel, cocoa, nuts and some iron, followed by a short, moderately roasty-bitter finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Far from fresh but quite drinkable, typical macro lager though.
