Taste of caramel sweetness with a trace of malt and nuts. mild bitterness with bit of caramel sweetness in the finish. Moderate body, flavorful but seems a tad bland. ChainGangGuy	2.2 Millstream Farmer’s Tan - Blood Orange Appearance: Pours a relatively clear, light gold body, though no appreciable head formation, whatsoever. Smell: Sweet-scented blood orange note akin to a soda. Taste: Minimally wheat-hinted, basic base maltiness, though it sails off towards the unpleasant artificial orange blood flavoring with an assured quickness. Bleagh. Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation. Overall: A fairly dreary base beer onto which they poured on some artificial flavoring. Bad plus bad doesn't equal good, folks. Sunday, December 3, 2023
ChainGangGuy	4 Millstream Air Porter Appearance: Pours a very dark brown, near black body. Some cola tones at the edges. Creamyish, wispy, light beige head. Modest lacing. Smell: Dark, toasty malts, though with a strong earthy nut note. Lesser chocolate, coffee, dark fruitiness. With a little warmth, a showing of smoked soy emerges. Taste: Toasty, roasty but also noticeably smoky, emanating from a little burnt element of the harder black malts. Dark chocolate, coffee, dark caramel. Still a solid nut flavor of generously oven-cooked walnuts or pecans. Medium degree of sweetness. Raisiny, black currant fruitiness. Strong dark maltiness though softened a tad by some lingering sweetness and creaminess on the finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Lightly creamy mouthfeel. Overall: A gruff little porter, but delivers a nice big pop of dark roasted maltiness. Sunday, December 3, 2023

jgb9348	2.6 Millstream Beverage Shenanigans Deep dark brown coloured body with a lighter ruby glow and more of a muddied brown glow. Aroma of light toasted malts with a nutty and relative earthy kick with some chocolate noticeable as well and a lighter yeast and bready scent. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong nutty and earthy grainy malt notes show at first with a light creamy note with some sweetness towards the end and a floral finish. Aftertaste shows some flowers and a grainy, earthy and very nutty finish with some good sweetness and a pretty easy-drinking quality throughout without too much complexity, but some nice flavours. Overall, a decent enough beer with some good nutty malts and a light, crisp sweetness but no real complexity, sort of as expected. Not the worst beer I've had, but of course, not worth trying to find, and I only really had it because it was part of the mixed twelve pack. I sampled this stubby, twelve ounce bottle, as part of 'beer of the month' twelve pack club that my wife got me for Christmas, sampled in my hotel room here in Morgantown, West Virginia on 28-May-2023. tmoreau	3.4 Millstream Pants Off Dance Off On tap at Millstream's concession for the 2023 Great Taste in Madison, WI., dispensed to my fest glass, showing a clear, golden hue, with a presentable layer of white froth, and foamy spots of lacing. The nose was cookie-like malt, mild corn, milk sugar sweetness & creaminess, slight ripe fruit, nuttiness, and vanilla. A bit less than medium bodied, the taste was similar notes, with decent carbonation, and a fairly crisp finish. Tasty for the style variation, but not on the session list for me. Flavor is tart, slightly seedy raspberry, toast, light, kinda one-dimensional lactic tartness and a nice minerality to the finish,which is kind of weird, but nice for a sour. Flavor is sweet malt, diacetyl, vanilla and pistachio pudding and some odd planty bitterness. Medium body, neutral to slightly syrupy entry, slightly dry middle and oddly astringent finish, light carbonation. Not at all good to me. I'm not a fan of pistachio desserts though. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- This is still definitely a lager, the barrel adds to the abv more than anything else.
