3.1 Beaver Creek Pale Ale Draftvat the brewpub. A dark copper hue with a sturdy, if slightly metallic, character. Tangy wavetops over a firm caramel malt. (#6357, 10/9/2016) Friday, October 14, 2016

3.3 Beaver Creek Rusty Beaver Wheat Draft: Clear, dark Amber with a creamy off-white head. Caramel, wheat aroma. Taste is orange malt, wheat malt..... Pretty hoppy.... Peel, herbal bitter.....not bad..... Though while drinking it I wouldn’t have pegged it as a wheat..,.. Along the lines of a hoppy Amber /APA.... Monday, September 5, 2016

3.6 Beaver Creek Paddlefish Stout Served on tap in a pint glass Appearance – The beer is served a deep brown, close to black color with a one finger head of cream colored foam. The foam has a very nice level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave a decent level of lace on the sides of the glass. Smell –The aroma of the brew is big of a coffee/espresso smell mixed with a little bit of a cocoa aroma. Along with these aromas comes a little bit of char and a decent sum of roasted malt. Taste-The taste begins with slightly drier roasted malt taste that has hints of caramel and a strong showing of coffee upfront. As the taste moves on, the roasted malt and caramel fade a bit all while the coffee and some lighter mocha tastes move onto the tongue. Toward the end, some of the roast comes back and a little bit of vanilla joins the tongue, leaving one with a slightly drier, but nice light mocha roasted coffee taste to linger on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the slightly thinner side for a stout of 6.3 % with a carbonation level that is average. A little less carbonation and a thicker body would have been slightly better for the dark and roasted flavors, but with that said the feel was still alright overall. Overall – I rather liked this stout, as it was not sickenly sweet. It had a nice blend of coffee and roast mixed with a bit of mocha; delivering a very approachable stout overall. Palate: medium body, sharp liquor taste, average carbonation, bitter finish, alcohol warming. Taste: light sweet malt and orange into vodka alcohol, and back into a bitter finish. Overall, alcohol is not balanced, tastes are not really smooth either. Sunday, September 21, 2014

3.3 Beaver Creek Redheaded IPA Draft @ Famous Dave’s Williston. A amber pour with minimal sandy head. Nose is faint Simcoe; citrus and dirty floral. The hop intensity grows in the flavor with emphasis on the florals. Caramel and lightly bready. More malt presence than expected, but pleasant. I’d second the comment below of this being more like an amber than an IPA. Style debate aside, this is nicely done on the homefront. Thursday, December 19, 2013

3.6 Beaver Creek Paddlefish Stout Draft @ WBC: Finally a place in Williston that has the balls to carry a stout on tap! Dark brown, neary black, topped with a thin tan head. Decent retention and light bits of lacing. Not much to the aroma, mostly light roast and faint cocoa, but good taste. Very good espresso flavor along with light chocolate and roast. A nice balance of the three... really impressed with the harmony of the whole thing. Medium body and very approachable. Overall refreshing and a nice surprise. Friday, September 27, 2013

3.2 Beaver Creek Rusty Beaver Wheat Re-rate, draft @ J-Dubs: Pours a soft caramel color with a light haze, small beige head. Aroma is wheat and lightly floral with a little fruitiness that I associate with grapes. Good wheat flavor and lighter on the florals. Just a little bit of the yeast is noticeable, as well as the orange peel. Glad I got to try this again as it was much better the second time around. Nice little wheat ale. 2.9 Beaver Creek Choke Cherry Wheat Had this beer on tap at the brewery about a month ago (only available on tap, no growler fills), had to try it since it is so limited, and chokecherries grow like crazy in the area. I was a bit thrown off by the appearance, as it pours a murky pink - not exactly the most appealing looking beer. As for taste, it was a bit too sweet and fruity for me, especially to drink more than one. Didn’t detect much wheat flavor behind all the fruitiness. Worth trying for the novelty, but would probably only drink sparingly in the future. Thursday, September 29, 2011

3.3 Beaver Creek Redheaded IPA [Growler] shared by timbeer. Thanks! Pours hazy red with some floating particles and soapy tan head. Aroma is lightly metallic, lots of Amarillo and Simcoe, and Cascade. Moderate maltiness, caramel, decently hoppy, more like an amber than an ipa, but still pretty nice. Saturday, July 23, 2011

3.8 Beaver Creek Pale Ale Beaver Creek is an American Pale Ale/ipa and it is really good brew. Not a hop feast, but hops there are with a good citrus flavors. Not so much malty and the flavor is well balanced. I had a 64 oz growler and quaffed it all. It is worth every drop and will buy it again and again. Sunday, March 27, 2011
