Steamworks only makes the Kanadisches Kolsch.
Four Winds only makes one regular IPA. Unless it says Phaedra or Juxtapose, it isn’t.
The Steel Toad Saison - I’ve never seen a Sour Saison and I’m there every week. The Brett Saison isn’t sour but those two things have been conflated before. If it tastes like brett that’s what it is. If it tastes sour and non-brett, it must be something different. Their sour beers are really sour, so this should be easy to tell.
P49 Yuzu...with citrus juice is not a new beer, assuming the citrus in question is yuzu.
I’m not sure that Four Winds Lucie normally has kumquat, actually. That might be a new one.
