I just received 2 trade messages from members who I did trades with. One was stoked to get what he thought was a bunch of extras and the other got one bottle when he was supposed to get multiples... This is a double edge sword... How do you fix this without letting a member down? |
Tell both of them what happened and advise Fedex that they messed up so that you can get a credit for them to send to the correct person for you. This is not your fault, so each trade partner should totally understand. |
