I usually hate these types of threads but drinking the two side-by-side, I felt compelled. These beers seem to share one idea, the yeast. Am I wrong? Thoughts? |

wait...has mo betta been rebrewed? |
Originally posted by TURDFERGUSON apparently so. I drank from a growler at a pre-Hunahpu tasting. |
I haven’t had Mo Betta, but I found Brett Beer to be very disappointing. |
Originally posted by pat_ernzen Every "Wild" beer other than la folie and some batches of eric’s sour that New Belgium has brewed have sucked, in my opinion |
I’ve only had NBs version thus far.. but I’d have to assume the new LA iteration is very similar |
Originally posted by TURDFERGUSON I think Le Vieux is a very nice beer.. or whatever they call it now.. Terroir? Blackberry Whiskey Love also drank pretty good. |
Originally posted by TURDFERGUSON You left out Le Terroir. That was excellent. |
Yes, forgot about terroir. Loved it but only after it aged/mellowed for a few months. Then it was MONEY. Wish they would replace fat tire with terroir! |
Brett beer was very bad. Tart lychee disappointing |
