I really wasn’t a fan of the Lindemans Faro... to sticky sweet for me but one glaring thing that is a cheap easy to acquire beer and is the epitome of American craft brews beginnings would be |
Originally posted by LukadukeI love session beers, doesn’t mean I’ll rate everything, though. And I agree about the Jack’s Abby Hop Uinion: I should definitely try that one out sometime soon. Drink local! I cannot believe I have yet to rate a pilsener on the database. That’s pretty basic. I was also looking into rating a sake or two, just to get the rating. |
The faro is a sweet one...and not my favorite style. But enjoyable enough to tick an obscure style. Thats what i was going for there. |
Originally posted by watson1977 Yeah I agree... everything is worth trying, for sure. Im hoping to try a Faro from someone besides Lindemans before I write off the style as one Id no longer seek out but the ones from the big Lambic houses seem like very small runs ! |

Originally posted by Lukaduke Yeah I’ve never seen any others around here in PA. Love to try one or two more at least though. |
From AdamJackson via beermail: "Didn’t like the Lindemans and wrote off the style. Had the Cantillon Faro in Brussels. I want a lot more of it." ISO! |
JUST RATE, DANG IT! I’m approaching 300. :D |
