Virtual Bar on friday 22nd July anyone?

I have a small pork pie, some strong Cheddar, five cherry tomatoes and a box of various crisps and naughty stuff to consume while rating.

Back once I’ve rated me Spanish ’Indian Pilsner’.

Beer number 2: or beer number 5999 is the Hardknott brew known as ’ Intergalactic Space Hopper’.

The Intergalactic Space Hopper hit the spot: but it is now time for the ’star turn’ and my 6,000th rate. I have never bothered with ’Milestone’ beers before but it was suggested for tonight and as I am a follower not a leader, I decided to ’go for it’.

The Batemans Vintage Ale is now out of it’s box, my Batemans badged UK pint sleeve glass is by it’s side and bottle number 062400 is about to be broached: I may be some time!

Slow-boosting BE/DE classics in the maternity ward, entering the 96th hour of holding out before the mini-me fancies to finally plop out.

On my menu: Schoppe German Cascade Red Ale, Waldhaus Diplom Pils (recommended), Corsendonk Tripel. Mission for the night achieved. Thank you Old Europe for allowing me to slow-boost on standby in a hospital ward.

Is no one else in the bar? Loved the Batemans Vintage Ale, in fact I still am loving it: not a beer to be rushed.
