A very pleasant experience in a great location. The staff did a great job accomodating us english speaking Vermonters. The food was very good and the Unibroue beer was up to its usual standards. Well worth the vist.

Là où j’ai bu la Fin du Monde pour la première fois, MERCI! La nouriture est original, tous aprèté avec la bière d’Unibroue. J’étais assi dehors, sur leur terrasse, avec une belle vue du basin Chambly.

A very beutiful restaurant - both the interior (very rustic) and staff garments put me way back in time 1700-something. A very beutiful interior and a magnificent view from upstairs. The service was very friendly, though at times a bit slow. I must admit I was disappointed at the beer selection - I knew it was Unibroue only - but except for U and U2, I can get all the beers they carried in Denmark. I had hoped to see the seldom beers and cellared versions of the retired beers - and would have paid a good price for such beers. The food was good without being spectacular, but a bit pricy. Go there for the atmosphere - not beer hunting - except if You miss out on the regular Unibroue beers.

Nice experience. Attractive place inside and out, nice view of the river, upscale food and service, and a very large assortment of Unibroue beers to pick from. Considering how large our group was, I was very impressed with the ultra-friendly (stop smiling, geez! heh) and professional waitstaff, even if it was a little slow at times. The food was of the French sort where presentation is as important as the quality, and portions are modest but ample. Very tasty but nothing extraordinary. Pricey, yeah, but the "total experience" seemed to be worth it at the time. Would I return? Maybe not, but I’m glad I went.

A must to see and of course to go eating. On the shore of the Chambly Bassin, nearby of the Forteresse de Chambly, this ancient church offers a wide range of typical New France food among with Native food. Everything has been cook with Unibroue’s beers. On morning weekends, you can go there to brunch. People are dressed up as it was in these old days along with the musicians.

Artisnal looking church with a renaisaunce decor sans the smell. The staff was all dressed to fit this theme. Limited food and beer selection but a few hard to find Unibroue beers that made it worth the visit. The food was traditional french meets regional Quebec ingredients. Everything was well prepared and tasty but I don’t get too excited at at another slab of red meat with a burre blanc and morrel sauce. The smoked sturgeon was perhaps my favorite part of the meal, partly because it’s illegal where I come from. Nice times, a bit spendy, but not overly so.

RBSG05. Wow what a fun place! Beautiful inside and out, amazing views of the river and staff. Neat-o Unibroue memoribilia and historic collections. Even the bathroom was swell. Large outdoor dining areas for dining, relaxing. Bottle selection seemed to include every Unibroue beer and a few more. Good food, menu small and eclectic, a bit pricy by Quebec standards, but not by NY/NJ standards. Backrests on our chairs would’ve been nice.

Beautiful - almost to the point of being over the top. Housed in an old school building overlooking the St. Lawrence River, Fourquet Fourchette shoots for the high end. I actually wanted more variety than the Unibroue beers offer - that house yeast is becoming a nuisance to me. The food was good, but perhaps not worth the price paid. If I’m dropping over $20 on an entree I want something I can’t make at home. The service was slow but I think that’s because they wish the place to seem elegant. The upstairs bar has to be seen to be believed.

Situated in an old church overlooking the Chambly river. Upstairs is a hand carved bar, the main floor is mostly dining and there is additional dining in the lower floor and in back on the patio. The waitstaff is period dressed and most, if not all, of the menu centers around creations using Unibroue’s beers in the sauces and marinades. The service was very good considering we were a large group that required translation for the menus and were interested in sampling as many of the Unibroue beers as possible that we hadn’t had before. The Caribou was some of the most ender meat I’ve enjoyed in a while and the assorted smoked fish appetizer was also excellent. I did not find the prices to be much out of line when compared to similar establishments I’ve been to in the past. Recommended.

Service was quite friendly, but seemed a little slow between courses, although that just might have been because we were a table of 14. The ambiance of this place is great, although I do wish I could’ve sat in a chair with a back to it. The tap selection leaves a lot to be desired, but they have bottles of most everything that Unibroue currently produces. The food was quite tasty, although a bit pricy.

You go there for the beer. You go there for the food. You go there for the beautiful location. Bottom line is that you go there. I wish they had more Unibroue on tap (or even avilable in bottle), but that’s getting picky. Very good food, nice atmosphere, beautiful setting -- yeah, this place is essential.
