Pine, grapefruit and soap. Pours a slightly cloudy amber. Nice and bitter, unfortunately in a soapy way (for me, anyway).

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Pours black with a little foam. Very, very burnt and roasted. Some dark chocolate. Medium body with rather subtle flavours, pretty round. Rather simple actually, positively meant. Palate continues the smooth body experience. Could have a tad more body, but also works like it is. Nice.

I bought this beer at the leman center and I drink it during a barbecue party in Lausanne. The taste is almost similar than the western rider, the hop is different. This beer is refreshing and well balanced, a bit watery at the final but it is find. The taste is malty and citrus, hop.

I bought this beer at the Léman Centre and I drank it during a barbecue party in Lausanne. It is a pleasant beer to drink, I was pleasantly surprised. The body is copper and troubled, regular foam and carbonation. The taste is well balanced, it sounds more an IPA, bitter, malty and refreshing.

On tap at Erzbierschof Zurich, labelled as Innovator Single Ale. At 7% and not especially dark brown I’m pretty sure this is not the same beer as where I’m being directed here but hey. This was amber and hazy with a huge white head. It was pleasant but left me wondering what it was supposed to be - a little sweet malt, a hint of spicy hop, not overly yeasty, all nice but somewhat underwhelming.

Sampled on draught at the Mossy Well. A dark brown ale with beige head. Toffee aromas, and a taste which is very rich, with notes of roasted malts, milk chocolate, mild coffee, sultanas and plums. Quite mild flavours, but very well-balanced and tasty. A good, not too strong, brown ale.
