Bottle. Pours gorgeous amber with a thick white foam subsiding slow with residue. Scent is gorgeous notes of hickory and ash, along with notes of bubblegum which are probably vanilla. Finish is dry and smooth. Excellent.

Green Flash West Coast IPA (2014-)
Not a big fan of the bigger, beefier West Coast IPA. (Apparently itís been six years since I last tried this beer.) Malt bill comes across syrupy and thick, layers of caramel and biscuit, sweet and heavy and much stronger than expected. Hops are as heavy as advertised, although the lack of complexity leads me to believe this bottleís older than the Drink By date suggests. Not much citrus or dank, mostly hard core malt heft followed by clingy, palate-scouring IBUs. Not a bad thing--I dig the bitterness--but damned if I can find much of anything citric or tropical here. Just a big bitter malt bomb. Eh.

Green Flash Natura Morta - Boysenberry
750 mL bottle. Bright purple body. Smells of strong berries with a jammy sweetness. Tastes sour right off the bat. Nasally sour. Berry sourness. Not quite vinegar. A little oak in the back end. Way too sour for me. Medium carbonation. Tastes ok, but itís nearly undrinkable from sourness.

Green Flash / Falling Rock We Were Here First
Hazy copperish amber with a large fluffy off white head. Brisk nose thatís full of maple and chewy biscuity copper malt but also a firm bit of piney leafy resins and a slight lactic twang. Big complex flavor thatís tart and floral piney and resinous with Amber malt and a little maple tones and earthy sweetness. Lingering leafy bitter and pineapple juicy hop flavor with a mellow booze warmth.

Green Flash Jibe Session IPA
Very faint smell of anything touch of malt and hops to the nose. Slight hazy champagne looking in color small white head with spotty lacing. Starts off watery then gives of some Herby tastes with heavy lime juicy finish. Fizzy creamy carbonation with super light watery body. For a craft session ipa and from green flash Iím sorry to say disappointed in the flavor but rest of the beer is refreshing and crisp.

Green Flash Saison Diego
2012 22 oz Bomber I expected to throw away this bottle, seeing that saisons are very delicate and that this is a session level abv (4.5%) beer. NOT Appearance: deep golden with a lovely thick, frothy off white head about an inch in height. this head has excellent retention (even after minutes thereís still a quarter inch there) and nice lacing rings are observed. Aroma: slight funk, bretty aroma is prevalent. phenolics and spices are present (something I couldnít figure out turns out to be ginger, its subtle). no trans 2 nonenal oxidation is detected. just a light solventy thing going on in the background... Palate: body is medium and texture very creamy which follows the look of the foam. carbonation is lively and astringency very soft. The finish is short and very dry. A good trait in a saison. Taste: just slightly sour (not even quite tart). light wheat cereal malt flavors combine with orange and spices and mild hop bitterness. the ginger has almost disappeared. very mellow. Overall: wow. a 4.5% almost 5 year old beer has almost no aging elements (off flavors and/or aromas)??? itís maybe mellowed to a point where some might find it uninteresting. but its subtle funkyness and soft spices make it a very enjoyable session beer.

Green Flash 3 Degrees of Celebration
On draft at Yard House in King of Prussia. My only knock on this imperial IPA is that itís a bit too boozy. I was one and done with this beer. The pour was a dark golden color with a soft pillowy head. The body was huge and full with lots of hops and a lot of alcohol. The beer was balanced though, with a touch of caramel malt and bread.

Tang and zest aroma of mango, passionfruit, wheat and water. Nice tropical fruit flavor. Very mango, papaya, passionfruit I guess, Iíve never eaten it plain. Residue, metal, wheat finish. Not really my thing but itís creative and not the usual fruity beer.

Green Flash Palate Wrecker
A 12 fl oz bottle with a best before date of 8th August 2017. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass. It was a very nice clear copper amber colour with a two finger off white head that had great retention and left lots of nice sticky lacing. Aromas were earthy, piney with citrus mandarin, sweet candied orange and hints of caramel malt. Tastes of strong bitterness, lots of citrus rind, and whenever they can get through the bitterness, thereís some pine, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel with hints of bready malt and caramel. Medium to full bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall it was nice, but this definitely was a palate wrecker. A whole lot of bitterness, which I can certainly enjoy every now and then, but not too often.

Green Flash Hop Odyssey 30th Street Pale Ale
This bottled brew from a bottle shop was served at a cool temperature and poured a head of foamy finely sized dark white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a softly carbonated body hazy dark orange brown colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The mild aroma was malt hop. The mild citrus mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a medium hoppy aftertaste. The nice flavor contained notes of citrus crisp hops and rye. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.

Green Flash Cellar 3 Series: Divine Belgique
Lots of foam sitting atop a clear light gold liquid. Smells of hop perfume if that makes any sense. Fruitiness here is of the dark pitted kind. The sweet notes I get are chocolate like. Fruity and chocolate taste, yeasty, I like the hop variety used but to me, the beer lacks vibrancy. Muted, if you will. Not bad but not worth $15.

355ml bottle. Crystal clear amber colour with a frothy two finger off-white head. Aroma: hoppy - resin, fruit, pine. Taste: very resinous, piney, ripe fruits, caramel, malt. Very bitter, some sweetness but too much bitter hops for it to balance out. Medium body, soft carbonation. Not bad by any means but this type of DIPA doesnít really do much for me personally now.
