I’ve worked in different businesses in my time, including two beer distributors, but I’ve always felt like grabing a nice cold beer at the end of a good day was a reward for a job well done. I still work at one distributor and am constantly finding more beers to try. My favorites are lagers and pilseners but like to pair a beer to what I’m eating, like a steak is great with an AmberBock or a Sam Adams, lamb is excellent with Stella Artois and a nice dish of saurkraut and sausage is a great pairing to FrancisKaner.
