I guess I would have said that I'm an old school beer lover who's been seduced by every new trend, but that was before the fridges at my favourite bottle shops started filling with ever more sours. That's one trend I'm happy to leave to others, but I struggle with the realisation that it's affecting the fridge space left for everything else. Love IPAs, love NEIPAs, love Russian Imperial Stouts and all things dark. Wish there were more brewers making Black IPAs. They were common when I first joined Ratebeer, but I rarely see them now.
