Can I have two favorite styles? I sure do like citrusy IPAs (Think Bell’s), but I also really like the wine-like complexity of the few Belgian Ales that I’ve tried. No point in drinking crap lager, though I’ve rated more of them than any other style.
An interesting note: my beer ratings have a clear bimodal distribution, whereas many people, perhaps most?, have a unimodal (i.e. bell curve) distribution. What does it mean? Likely that there are two types of beers: crap and good, each with a bell (normal) distribution of values. Am I over-rating non-crap beer?
