Pours unclear golden yellow with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing. Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with a citrus scent and a yeasty touch. Sweet pale malts, sugar, orange, lemon. Hints of sour cheese. Strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture. Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sourish and a bit thin. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry. Nice but a bit on the thin side.

UPDATED: APR 29, 2021 Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso lo speziato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. Il liquido si presenta trasparente. Il colore è aranciato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, resina, agrumi e spezie.

UPDATED: DEC 27, 2020 Vierte amarillo oro muy transparente con gran cabeza de espuma de encaje fino y larga retención; aromas a fruta de hueso, flores, cilantro, miel y cereal, en boca entrada suave, ligeramente maltosa con suave amargor, notas a cereal y especias, cuerpo ligero a medio y carbónico moderado, retrogusto con buen balance entre malta y lúpulo, fácil de beber y correcta en estilo.

UPDATED: DEC 25, 2020 Bottle 0.33L Clear golden-to-amber body with a large, frothy, white head, mostly lasting with some nice lacing; high density of tiny particles. Moderate malty (grains, caramel),light-to-moderate hoppy (flowers) and light yeasty (soap) aroma with notes of fruits and some spices. Moderate sweet and very light acidic flavour; average-lasting sweetish finish. Light-to-medium body with watery-to-oily texture; lively carbonation; light metallic feeling in the finish.

UPDATED: AUG 29, 2020 Golden color with white head. Aroma has bread, grass, malt and a hint of citrus. Taste is malty with long dry aftertaste. Flavors of grass, malt, bread, earthy notes and some spices.

UPDATED: AUG 6, 2020 330ml bottle at Kunstroeg, Bruges on 29/07/2010. Nice spicy and herbal notes on the nose. Dryish body and good grainy flavour.

UPDATED: JUL 3, 2020 0,33 cl bottle. Nice beer. It's a while back when I drank this one, but I remember that I liked it.
