Al naso note di cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia, una leggerissima ossidazione. In bocca è abbastanza ben equilibrata, con attacco dolce e finale amaro medio. Corpo importante ma inferiore alle attese, carbonazione leggera. Non male, ma mi aspettavo di più.
