UPDATED: APR 9, 2024 Dark golden towards light amber, almost clear, full dense head. Raisin and pepper aroma. Taste of dried fruits, malt and pepper. Some bitterness and alcohol lingering.

UPDATED: MAR 24, 2024 330ml Bottles from Beer Sniffers 2024; 'Maredsous 10' Rehills, Jesmond, Newcastle 2007, 2006. Cloudy dark golden coloured with a massive white head. It has a very rich pineapple and tart yeast flavour with earthy notes, lemon and spicy citrus and pear on the smooth finish. Excellent!

UPDATED: NOV 17, 2023 Flasche am Flughafen in Brüssel gekauft. Mittel dunkles Bernstein, etwas trüb, 1 cm breiter, großporiger Schaum. Aroma: Malz, Karamell. Geschmack: Karamell, Kakao, bittere Schokolade, leicht Fruchtige Hintergrund Note, dunkle Früchte, Erdbeere. Leicht cremig.

UPDATED: NOV 12, 2023 Justo en fecha de su consumo preferente, servida en tulipa, bota espuma por la botella nada mas quitar la chapa. Color oro oscuro, turbia (observo partículas en suspensión), espuma blanca de muy justita retención, pero fácilmente recuperable al mover levemente la copa. Aroma afrutado y especiado con notas de malta, cereal, lúpulo y levadura. En boca muestra un perfil más bien amargo en el primer trago, el dulzor si bien esta presente permanece en segundo plano...No quiero seguir enumerando detalles de la cerveza pues mientras la voy catando me doy perfecta cuenta de que no está en buen estado, lastima, no es la primera vez que la disfruto, supongo que habrá una próxima vez y una actualización de la reseña.

UPDATED: OCT 4, 2023 Klar orange bernsteinfarben mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, fruchtiger, würziger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, fruchtig mit Karamell, würzig, leicht hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, voller Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Head is quite large, white with a slight brown tint. Sticks a bit. Appearance- brewer beer-specific bottle cap simple, classic clean label. Clear, bit dark orange-amber color, no carbonation. From - breewer trappist glass Price - 19 euros for 3 0,33l bottles and brewer glass. Taste - malt, caramel, Belgian yeast, weak sweetness, weak bitterness, weak hops, faint dried fruits. Weak acidic-sour aftertaste mixed with hops and bitter tones. The alcohol creeps up a bit. Overall - nothing special.
