UPDATED: FEB 9, 2019 Draft: Dark amber with a beige head. Bready caramel, toasted grain scent. Taste is caramel malt, some leafy bitterness. OK.

Pours a clear golden brown from the cask with bubbly white head that leaves light lacing. Aroma of mild piney hop notes that lean way more toward the toasted caramel malt notes. Taste is more the same, malty, but decent. Meh.

jksipa (1773) - Newmarket, Ontario, CANADA - APR 17, 2017
On tap at the brewpub in Madison. Clear dark copper under a long lasting off white head that leaves a ton of tight lace. Nose is light caramel malt with light resin and citrus with pronounced floral notes. Taste leans so more to the malts with a medium sweetness and a lighter metallic bitterness. Mouth is medium creamy with soft carbonation and a tinny finish. 7/4/5-/3+/12

Drake (21771) - Appleton, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 23, 2016
Keg at the brewpub, 8/15/16. Clear copper, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of toffee malt, lemony hops. The taste is citrus hops, pale malt. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness.

deyholla (21686) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - AUG 6, 2015
On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bread with some sweet grains and a bit of sweet citrus. Flavor starts with bread and a hint of light resin and a growing sweet citrus note.

vandc01 (468) - North Branch, USA - JUL 7, 2015
Had on tap at GreatDane in Wausau. One of the better IPA’s I had while in door county vacation. Nothing about it is mind blowing, but it is a solid B beer and I’m sure I could have more than one and enjoy myself.

Dogbrick (18609) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - AUG 22, 2014
Sample at the downtown brewpub. Clear pale amber color with a medium thin bone white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of grassy hops, pithy citrus and grainy malt. The finish is moderately bitter with an astringent hops aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Draft at the source. Jsut a pitiful excuse for an ipa, sweet, oxidized, stale, exactly what you don’t want.

DrSilverworm (11383) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 9, 2014
5oz on tap at Great Dane brewpub. Clear orange amber color. Thin off-white kind of greyish head. Leaves good thicker lace. Caramel malt, some spicy rye type aroma. Some mild citrusy fruity piney hop, more malt forward. Moderate sweet taste. Light bitterness. Pretty mild and sweet for an IPA. Medium body. Smooth, kind of crisp light carbonation. Slick texture. Not great.

mymaestro (60) - Austin, Texas, USA - AUG 6, 2014
Pours amber-orange with a long lasting white head. Smooth hop profile, not excessive in any one hop. Not west coast bitter, no "C" hop flavors.
