UPDATED: DEC 21, 2021 Sweet but not overpoweringly - definitely more of a beer than a cider. Notable strawberry aroma and very pleasant initial strawberry flavour that fades to a light beer. It's not very strong, nor do any of the traditional beer flavours particularly poke through, but it's drinkable and tasty without being cloying.

UPDATED: AUG 21, 2021 Bottle from Connolly's Wine Merchants, online. Cloudy red-purple pour, small pink tinged head. Looks the part. Aroma has a confectionary strawberry note. Not much beeriness, maybe hint of a basic malt. Taste is grainy wheat, strawberry syrup, jam, sweet but not sickly, very low bitterness. Medium bodied, smooth, soft carbonation. Refreshing is slightly basic fruit beer.

UPDATED: MAY 10, 2020 Look: cloudy crimson red with a moderate pinkish head of good retention. Aroma: strawberry bubble gum, distant malt and starch. Taste: medium sweet, strawberries, wheat, bubble gum. Very low bitterness. Palate: light to medium body, lively carbonation. Overall: an inoffensive and basic fruit beer.

UPDATED: APR 9, 2020 Étant donné qu'il fait beau et que l'on ne peut pas sortir, confinement oblige, pourquoi ne pas ouvrir une bière sur ma terrasse ? Celle-ci est une blanche assez simple en bouche, où heureusement la fraise ne donne pas une impression trop chimique.

UPDATED: MAR 27, 2020 Als Biere de Spa Bobeline Fraise mit 3.6%, schönes Rotwein Rot, schöner hellroter schaum, im Geruch sowas wie Erdbeere und malzig, im Geschmack etwas künstlich sehr süß erdbeere, naja irgendwie nicht so toll

UPDATED: JUN 22, 2019 Although Floris is known for using artificial flavourants in their beers rather than the traditional methods, this one is really not bad. Sweet, refreshing strawberry flavour.

UPDATED: JUN 1, 2019 0,25 l. Rotes Bier, hell rosa Schaum mit schöner Gardine. Riecht leicht fruchtig, Geschmack dann intensiv nach Erdbeere. Überragend lecker.

UPDATED: APR 25, 2019 Mein erstes und bislang einziges Erdebberbier. Auch wenn das Erdbeeraroma tatsächlicht etwas künstlich wirkt, so finde ich es trotzdem recht gut gelungen. Süße Erdbeeraromen mit leichten Weißbier-Aromen, gewürzt mit einem Hauch Hopfenbittere. Mir hat es ganz gut gefallen, wobei es sicher kein 'Bier' für jeden Tag ist.

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2019 Bottle @ Trollekelder, Gent. Pinkish red, creamy pinkish white head. Chemical strawberry, overly sweet, no beer notes whatsoever. Medium body, high carbonation.
