Traditional Scottish Ales
Commenced brewing January 2004 under the name City of Stirling. Under the same umbrella (Traditional Scottish Ales) as Bridge of Allan and Trossachs breweries. In 2005 the name was changed to Stirling Brewery. Later changed the badging to Traditional Scottish Ales. Brewing at Trossachs has ceased but their former brews under the Lade Inn label are still produced at the Stirling location. The Bridge of Allan branding has also been discontinued but small batch production continues at that location, which is now known as Tinpot Brewery, mainly labelled as Allanwater.
