Mash House Hoppy Hour IPA
16oz can at home, undated but recently purchased. Pours bright clear bronze with a persistent thin beige head. Somewhat thin flavors of sweet malt and resin. Soft carb, medium body. Finish is sweet, bitter and awkward. The appearance is promising but the flavors don’t follow.

Mash House Patriot Pale Ale
Great summertime brew. Nice amber color. Milder than most pale ales which I prefer. Some are too strong. Nice, smooth finish.

Mash House Belgian Tripel
At the brewpub. Strong aroma and flavor of bubble gum and other sweet fruits. Light hops and sugary finish. A decent version in a place that's far from Belgium in both place and culture. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Mash House Honey Pear Blonde
Pint at TriBeCa Tavern, Cary. Good aroma, sweet, fruity. More pear than honey. Clean golden yellow color, Good head that faded to a ring. Ok lace. Moderately sweet flavor. Light body, smooth thin mouthfeel, sweet finish. It’s ok, you gotta like pear to like it, which I do. Doughy yeast shows up in finish not gotta get another, but not offensive either.
