Description:
We refermented our barrel-aged Golden Sour on a heap of locally-grown honeybees resulting in a deep purple beer with intense notes of fruit and juicy berries. Our house culture of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria produces additional aromas of subtle citrus and ripe stone fruits, all layered atop a pale base of barley and wheat that leads into a tart, dry finish with a hint of toasted oak.
