Stopped by after checking out Machine House (which, as other reviewers note, is across the street) because I'd heard good things. Left around $200 poorer. Taplist is good. Bottle selection is a bit more idiosyncratic than, say, Bottleworks (which for me is the gold standard for the Seattle area). More of a focus on smaller PNW breweries. That's good - I spent more than I expected going in, and there wasn't one big whale there, which to me is the sign of a good bottle shop. Will be back--great breweries around and great selection of souvi-beers here.

Across the street from Machine House, so a convenient stop if you're down that way (Georgetown). Well-chosen tap list, and a good selection of bottles. Always find good things there.

This place deserves a recent review. It has changed a lot over the last couple years. I had a bad experience here years ago, and decided not to go back. Since then, they closed for a bit and reopened with what appears to be new ownership and a new layout. 12 beers on tap now, and can be enjoyed in tasters, schooners, and pints. A fun selection too. Comfortable setting, and an intriguing selection on bottles, some rare, to look over while enjoying a brew. Friendly service (which is a turn around from the reason I stopped going years ago), and on overall good experience. Cool place, and if it wasn't such a pain for me to get to, since I live north of Seattle, I'm sure I would go in more often. If you are in the area hitting breweries like Machine House, Georgetown, Counterbalance and such, it's worth it to swing in here to check it out.

I live near Georgetown, so I get to Full Throttle often enough, maybe once every 3-4 months. The reason I don;t go more often is most of the beer is available elsewhere and for about 15% less. IF I need something that has sold out at Total Wine or one of the nanos that bottles (e.g., Burdick, Justice) I’ll go here. Small place filled with beers, cider, and a bit of wine. A little eccentric place but not too much. Parking could be a bitch at peak hours. If you are in this part of Seattle and can’t get to West Seattle, or Chuck’s, this place will be great. Or if you need a nano bottling. Otherwise, there are better stores. I like this place but I rarely feel rewarded for coming in.

Cool little shop in Georgetown with a decent selection, though as big as some other places, such as Bottleworks or The Beer Junction. Nice selection of ciders and ice ciders as well. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Prices are a little higher here than other places, though you can get a 10% discount if you spend more than $100. I wouldn’t come out of way to get here unless you’re in the area, but it’s a great addition to Seattle bottle shops.

A nice good sized bottle shop that is as quirky as the owner. She will talk your ear off, so make sure you have the time if you initiate. Selection is good, with lots of ciders and mead’s as well. Prices are a bit high, but spend enough and you get 10% off which helps. Overall a good spot that I would come to again, the only downside is no taps or growlers.

Smaller bottleshop in the south Seattle area. Mix of beer/cider/mead, wine and soda. Friendly staff, prices on the above average side, selection was decent with some stuff that I hadn’t seen at a while in my regular stops. Worth a stop if in area, but wouldn’t go out of my way for.

Stopped in for my first time last week. Nice store, good selection. Prices are on the higher side. Facebook gets regularly updated, but beer release / arrival info gets buried amidst a ton of stuff that is vaguely beer/wine/cider related. Staff was at times extremely friendly / helpful, at times full of snark and attitude -- I could see it being polarizing, depending on which side you land on. Not going to go out of my way to get here or anything, but definitely worth a stop if you’re in the neighborhood.

Stopped by for the first time a couple weeks ago. It was about 1pm on a Friday and parking was kind of a pain. The store comes across a little cluttered...half wine, half beer. The sales lady (owner?) was super helpful. I was looking for something different and found a "just in" brown ale from Baranof Island Brewing in AK. $10 for a 22oz. She said her husband went to high school with the founder or something and they were the ONLY store in the state with the new brew. Score! Overall the store serves its neighborhood well. Worth the stop if you are half way between Seattle and Federal Way. They don’t fill growlers.
