86 May be said to be Østfold’s beer mecca |
80 No ratings since 2014? Hmm.. I guess the craft beer selection is far better now with local craft breweries such as Skarre and Helland & Halland present. And, some beers brewed at Berentsens Brygghus in Egersund is not available locally on the west coast. Moss Konventionsøl, Moss Pilsner and Kong Carl Sommerøl are brewed for distribution in the Moss area only. This beer and soft drink store also offers equipment for home brewing. The store is outside Moss city center in a retail park, you have to drive. Free parking just some steps from the door. Friendly service. Will visit again when I’m nearby by car. Just a short detour from highway E6. (Visited October 10th 2016) |
54 Old style beer shop Norwegian style. Good selection of Norwegian beers, also some english. Especially good on the local macro breweries which does not have good national distribution. Well worth a visit if you are in the proximity |
64 Good selection of norwegian beers and the service is good. Nice one in norwegian standards. |
62 It looks like a very discount store but the prices are rather step. They have a decent selection of norwegian micros and imports. They sell some homebrewing equipment and ingredients as well. |
64 Not the prettiest of stores, but the selection is very good, at least to Norwegian standards. The prices are steep, but not much steeper than everywhere else in Norway, taxes being so high. Got good service here as well, not that I needed much help. Fascinating that a store like this can survive in a small town like Moss. |
62 Good selection of Norwegian micros and various imported beer. Beer from Inderøy and Ølve på Egge is usually not so easy to find down here. The store is not so far away from E6, and is worth a detour in my opinion. And as others have mentioned: Enthusiastic and friendly staff! |
82 Amazed by the amount of different beers they had. Not just a lot of lager beers from different labels.
I thought it was a general store with just a few more beers than normal. I will definately come back every time Im working in Moss.
Great that stores like this still can exist. A dying rase. And as the other one her wrote: Enthusiastic and friendly staff! |
58 Has a good range of sub-4.7% ABV Norwegian handcrafted beers. Before xmas they have a ’calendar’ (i.e. a case) of 24 different Norwegian xmas beers. Also a decent selection of UK and German beers. Enthusiastic and friendly staff. Situated near Rygge Storsenter. |
