Visited on 4th May 2019. Brewpub next to the ferry terminal. It's in a lovely old building, the decor is quite plain. It's pretty popular with tourists so was busy without being heaving and a wedding was going on somewhere so quite a big place. 4 of their own beers on tap available as a flight plus some bottles. Price was ok. Service good. Beer average. It's not worth a special trip but the fortress is impressive so do that and defrost in the brewpub as we did!

Visited for the first time on Saturday April 27, 2019. Stopped by for a flight of 4*20cl beers €14.50. Might have lunch as well. Write more later. Realized they have a bunch of 33cl bottles as well for €7.50 each, so one in there. Also ordered food, lamb sausages and crispy pork belly with cheeks. Food was plenty, taste was good for the most parts. Ended up with one flight of the 4 tap beers they had, plus two bottles. Located right by the main ferry stop at the island, do understand you need to go by some sort of boat/ferry to get to the island at all. Openend at 12 this day, so good place for a lunch after walking around the island, then heading back to central Helsinki after. The island itself is worth a visit, so stopping by this place is easy if that is in your plans anyway. Seem to also sell cold bottles for take away, assuming with the new laws and them being a brewery they can sell up to 12% or where the limit is? All ordering by the register, nice quick service, with a decent knowledge of the beers, especially if asking. Didn't check to see if they had any bathrooms of their own, but the tourist center is right next to it in the same building, so the bathrooms there are available (though could be cleaned better). Ferry out here (some 15 min each way or so) is included in the Helsinki card, or if buying the correct Helsinki transport ticket covering the zone. Nice enough place, could see myself coming back.

Visited 07/02/2017 during my Finland/Estonia/Sweden Vacation that started with the Tuska Metal Fest in Finland. Quick stop while we were doing the island tour. Pretty cool inside and nice to visit a unique place that brews some traditional no BS style beer. We got a quick flight and went about our way. The beer was good but nothing to write home about. They were no frills and to the style they were supposed to be. Food was offered but we didn't eat. If you happen to be on the island it's worth a visit. Compared to most place the flight wasn't overpriced.

100 meters from the boat terminal, you will find this brewpub/restaurant, divided in 2 big rooms, vaulted ceilings, history in the walls and the wide oak floorboards. 7 taps, only 3 beers on my visit. Visible kettles in the 2 room, quiet and slow music played at low volume. Beer was served in 20 cl, excellent, expensive though, 3,6 Euro. WiFi did not work, the woman behind the bar was service minded, but hadnt any knowledge about their beers. Very quiet at my visit, just a couple eating lunch, this is more of a place for food than beer. 9 different beers in bottle as well.

This is a nice place to go both for the history of the islands and for a good beer and food. Only a few beers on tap but they are of good quallity. Slow service and when you sit outdors you have to go in to the resturant to order. To few waitriss in the bar and a long wait.

Suomenlinnan islands near Heksinki is a great place to go. Local brewery makes this trip even better. 4 rotating taps+ bunch of bottles. No disappointments.

A short walk from the ferry terminal. It’s more food than beer oriented but the food is great and the beer average. The food isn’t cheap, but its probably worth it. The waitress that served me was efficient but a little moody and never thanked me for the tip. Their outside terrace is perfect for a late summer dinner with a pint or two. It’s cheap enough to get out here and it’s worth the effort In the summer time.

A nice brewpub right next to the ferry quay, the perfect way to round out your visit to Suomenlinna. Beers are nothing out of the ordinary, but they’re tasty enough, particularly the porter. We sat out in the back terrace area and got tasters of everything, which was only 4 beers. Bartender was amiable and described all the selections well. Did not eat.

Can’t really beat a brewpub on an island, especially after walking around that island for miles in the afternoon sun. We sat inside, where it was nearly empty, and enjoyed some excellent raspberry sorbet and a few of the house beers on draft. Service was typical Finnish (they’re not going to bother you unless you indicate you want something). Very nice environment, clean, comfy. Beers are pretty decent and can get get them in multiple serving sizes, which I love.
