Historical rating "because I was there and forgot to rate it (during DACH)." Looked liked it will not be long for here when we were there ... Weird 2nd (or more, I 'member the staircase) floor location, and not very close to the center. Otherwise just random brewdog bar, not the best nor the worst.

We came here on 12.4.2019. Not an official Brewdog Pub, but comes very close. Located in the Alte Markthalle on the first floor. Donut-shaped restaurant with a window to the inside overseeing the supermarket based on the ground floor. Long bar with 20 beers on tap and a few more specials in bottles. Really good draft selection ranging from classics (Punk IPA, Elvis) to rarities as a Choco Libre Nitro Stout. Very well decorated with metal signs and typical Brew Dog paintings. A really cool place! The roof top outside bar was not open yet and will make this place even better in summer! Service was a bit slow at the beginning, but was getting better and better. We got several tasters. Ben would love the place ! Food is Burgers mainly and it’s great burgers - cranberries and blue cheese - very very good (Ben you would love the food, beer and the place, come to Vienna !!)

Quite nice location with about 25 taps but sadly about a third was out. Burger was good but there was a problem with my order and I got a mixture of two different burgers but fried onions as excuse. I also had not to pay for two beers so service was really friendly. Very reasonable prices. Place with potential if they could fix beer availability and internal communication.

Visited during the End-of-Summer DACH Gathering. Located right next to Beaver Brewing, this place is in the top floor of an old building the ground floor of which is used by a Spar. Accordingly, you can see the Spar shelves from the Bar, which is quite fun. This is just like any other Brewdog bar, except that it isn't, because it does not fulfill all criteria to actually be a Brewdog bar (apparently, having stairs is not allowed for that). The prices were quite reasonable though. Okay place.

Visited during RBVG 2018. This place is owned by Paddy's, the big company that owns a lot of bars in Vienna. Used to be called just Brew 9, now they are affiliated with "The Dog." It has the unique advantage of having a 360 degree view into the Spar below - no other bar that I have visited has that, and I've been to a lot of bars. Only about half of he 24 taps were in use, since they weren't replacing any beers that kicked during the grand opening just a few days prior. Half BrewDog beers and half Austrian beers - at reasonable prices!!! Long bar, bar tables, plus pallets used as tables. Restrooms are outside the bar for some reason. There is a rooftop area but it's unfurnished at the moment - this could be the best part of the bar if they end up using it. It's up to you.
