60 /100 La tienda de la Cerveza (Bar) MALDONADAS, 5 Another place to get your ticks in Madrid. Decent tap list of 10 or so, decent bottles and cans. Lots of Spanish beers but not all. Staff was kind of lackadaisical when I was there. Ok ‘Bianca. |
72 /100 La Osita (Bar) CAVA BAJA, 10 Nice spot in central Madrid. Small, chill, great people and vibe. Beers are okay, getting there, worth a tick at least. |
76 /100 CALLE DE AUGUSTO FIGUEROA 30 Nice little spot in central Madrid. Their beers are deece enough, interesting if you like the honey. Have some guest taps, bottles, cans too. They do flights! Gotta love that. Nice people, good vibes. You should tick it. |
44 /100 Cervecería Baden Baden (Bar) GERMAN PEREZ CARRASCO 51 Small, noisy, wooden-panelled bar in an awkward neighborhood of Madrid. 10 rotating taps and a couple of fridges with bottles and cans. Some interesting Spanish craft ales. I've read some people consider this place pricey -I don't: it's way more expensive than pricey! Beer on tap it's not so over the top, but cans and bottles show double-the-price tags. If you're in Madrid there are better, cheaper and more accessible venues. |
70 /100 Drakkar (Beer Store) CALLE VALLEHERMOSO, 36 Beer bar located in food court/market, a bit away from the most touristy area. Few taps, bunch of cans and bottles. Prices are Madrid average. Service is ok. Ok place. |
80 /100 LaBIRRAtorium (Beer Store) VALLEHERMOSO, 34 Bottle shop away from touristy area, but still easily reachable with metro or 30 minutes or so walking. Big selection of local and foreign beers. No whales or too exciting stuff. No taps or drinking on the spot also.. It's definitely worth a visit if you're hunting for local cans or bottles. Prices are reasonable, service is ok. |
70 /100 PLAZA DE ISABEL II, 5 Taproom located in the cellar of food place. 16 taps, almost half of them being Spanish. Flights available. Prices the usual Spanish ones. Ok place. |
70 /100 Pez Tortilla (Bar) CALLE DEL PEZ, 36 Tiny tortilla bar with 9 craft beer on tap. Seemed to be very packed always. A couple of Spanish taps, rest are foreign. Prices are Madrid standard. Service is fine. Tortilla was excellent.I would recommend coming here for tortilla, not for beer. They seem to offer flights (there was a sign), but I didn't even try ordering it, because bar was so packed. |
68 /100 HARZTENBUSCH 12 Kind of German style bar, short walk from touristy area. 10+ taps and bunch of bottles, almost all of them very boring (Schneider weisse, punk ipa etc). No prooer food. Ok service, ok prices. It's not a bad place, but just not really a beer destination in 2023, hence in rb conext the rating is not high. |
76 /100 CALLE VALVERDE, 29 Small brewpub close to touristy area. Finally a proper brewpub in Madrid! 6 taps, 3 of their own. No flights. Ok prices, ok service. Extra points for actually being brewpub.. |
70 /100 La Buena Cerveza (Bar) C. DE HERNÁN CORTÉS, 7 Small modern beer bar, short walk from touristy area. 6 taps, some interesting things, but also Chimay blue. Also bunch of bottles, but nothing too exciting. Ok service, ok prices. Ok place when passing by, otherwise I wouldn't bother. |
76 /100 CALLE DE AUGUSTO FIGUEROA 30 Small modern beer bar near touristy area. 7 taps, flights available. Ok service, ok prices, cheap flights (5x12cl=10€). Ok place for ticking, because they do flights. |
70 /100 Peninsula Taproom Centro (Bar) CALLE DE ECHEGARAY, 11 Peninsula taproom/bar, located in touristy area. Only their own beers, and pint is minimum size.. so not good for tickers. Prices Madrid usual. Service ok. I wish they did flights, honestly I consider it insane, that you have to drink full pint of some of thise strong beers.. Still it's worth to swing by and have a pint, especially if you're not ticking and just want to get boosted. |
74 /100 La Osita (Bar) CAVA BAJA, 10 Beer bar near touristy area that functions as taproom for oso brewing. 8 taps, 5 oso. Flights available for oso beers, prices usual Madrid aka not cheap. Ok service. Ok bar. |

82 /100 Mas que cervezas (Beer Store) LEÓN 32 Small alcohol shop near touristy area. Small doesn't mean that it lacks bottles. I guarantee that you will find bunch of ticks from this place. Addition to foreign importsnthere is also nice section of Spanish craft. That being said don't expect any fancy lambics or many BA stuff, they are clearly focused on more affordable beers. Ok service, prices are on the cheaper side for Madrid. Recommended stop. |
86 /100 Be Hoppy (Beer Store) CALLE FUCAR 1 Beer shop near touristy area. 6 taps w. only big pours. Seem to be more focused on foreign craft, nice selection of lambics. Special lambics, antidoot etc. available to drin on the spot, but you have to ask. Ok service, ok prices. Ok place. |
80 /100 Brew Wild Pizza Bar (Restaurant) ECHEGARAY 23 Bar in touristy area. 9 taps are on, some bottles and cans also. Prices are ok and you can get 200ml portions. Beer list is reasonably interesting. Service is ok. Not 95+ rating place as rb currently indicates, but still decent place to have a pint or two. |
46 /100 Craft 19 (Bar) CALLE VALLEHERMOSO, 36 28015 MADRID-MERCADO DE VALLEHERMOSO- Eatery a 2-30 min walk from touristy area. No taps, some craft cans. Not sure why this place is in rb, in 2023 this is not beer destination. That being said, ok service, ok prices. Low rating because some rando places have more ticks than this place. |
82 /100 The Stuyck Co. (Restaurant) CORREDERA ALTA DE SAN PABLO 33 Beer bar short walk away from touristy area. Proper flights offered! Ok selection, ok service. Food was also decent. I like the vibe of this one, it has some soul. Worth a visit. |

72 /100 Gaztambirra (Bar) C. DE GAZTAMBIDE, 50 Modern beer bar away from touristy area. Taster sets available, but 4x200ml, prices are not cheap but about Madrid average. Very flegmatic service. Ok place, worth a visit when in the area, but not worth an extra effort. |

68 /100 Supermercado Nan-Yea (Grocery Store) CALLE ESTUDIOS 7 Asian supermarket with a selection of Spanish micros and some Belgian, American and Dutch diton.
