“Huge place a fair drive out of Boston. Impressively smart set-up, probably the biggest brewpub I've ever visited. Affluent 35+ middle-class crowd here, lots of Porsches and high end Mercedes in the car park. We visited on a Wednesday early evening and, considering the distance from downtown Boston, there were quite a lot of people here, including some office / work party groups arriving at the dining tables inside. Main entrance brings you into the beer collection / merch area which had a constant line of people, and two members of staff fetching 4-packs from the fridge. There's a bar adjacent, and further into the next room there's a big pizza oven, and around the corner of this another bar. There's zero signage at all, so it took a little while to work out how things worked. We sat outside where another trailer bar was about to open. Beer can be ordered at either bar inside, but pizza has to be ordered via their app. We got one each, but as there was no signage, it took a bit of walking around and asking staff to find where to collect, which was at the merch area. Had to wait 10 mins after the stated time. Pizza was barely warm, almost no cheese. I ordered one with spicy sausage, but instead got a very salty meat sauce and no sausage, or cheese. We both wished we'd skipped. The beer, however, is great.“

“Located in an industrial area. Lots of seating and tasting areas. Big outside patio. They do 5oz pours of anything on tap. A big tap list. Good vibe and great beers.“

“Nice place, layout a little funky but works, with tasting bar up front, limited seating, a small area blocked off for guest restaurants to provide some small noshes, and a pick up area for cans/growlers/etc. Hopping at 1pm on a Saturday, place getting more full by the minute. Seems like they have their process down, a really professional setting. Staff knows their beer and likes talking about it.“

“About 45 minutes south of Boston, but this is well worth the trip. In an industrial area, there is lots of free parking in the parking lot or on the street. There is a dedicated bottles/cans/growlers area and a taproom where you can order 4 oz pours of anything on tap. And man, what a taplist they boast - lots of hazy hoppy beers, as well as some wild ales and imperial stouts. Prices are rather high, but the quality can command it. Lineups weren’t too big on the Wednesday we visited. The place itself is expansive, with lots of barrel tables, counter spots and a few tables, with a large patio area. Truly one of the best brewery / taproom experiences there is to enjoy.“

“Stopped in prior to meeting friends for dinner. The patio was open and had like 6 beers available there. Then the taproom had tons of beers in wide selection of styles if I wasn’t driving and short on time could’ve done damage. They offer half pours. Then separate checkout area for March and bottles/growlers. It wasn’t too busy at all when I was there probably due to Night of the Funk being that evening drawing some hardcore beer bros away. Standard industrial park setting but they’ve laid out space nicely and classy. There was a pierogi stand in corner of patio as well that looked might fine.“

“Ambiance - slight industrial park look on the outside. The inside is a very clean and nice venue, good advertisement, enough room. Good merch and can line-ups. Service - helpful and quick service. Selection - is large and incredible in quality. Food - N/A food trucks and vendors appear to be on-site regularly. Value - is adequate. An absolute must see in Massachusetts. Great location and venue.“

“Visited 2 times on Tuesday and Wednesday. No lines at all! Propable more popular on weekends. Everything has been said about place and their website is VERY informative so there is no need the repeat. Just check website. IPAs are phenomenal but didn't get excited from their sours. Some small pours from rare beers are very expensive. Uber from Boston downtown was 38$. They had 20-22 taps so ticking all of them for beer hunter might they for a while... which is good!“

“My wife, dog and I arrived on a Sunday afternoon. The lines were long for both stay-in and to-go, so we split up and each waited in one line. We each waited for a good while. Ultimately, there are just not enough people at the counter to handle the crowds and provide the service this place needs. In addition, the facility is in need of more seating. Many people were just sitting on the floor. Obviously, the beer is great, and that alone makes this place worth it, but this place is lacking in making a stay pleasant for a customer. Some small changes -- more staff and more chairs and tables -- would make this place much better.“

“Crowded but not too bad (Tree House, I’m looking at you), nice staff, great selection of beer.“

“Great beer but the place itself was very loud and crowded. Opted to wait in the shorter growler and can line and got our brews to go as opposed to waiting in the huge tap line.“

“We showed up 45 minutes after opening, and two big lines. Can line moved fairly quickly though and everyone was super friendly. Guy even brought all our beer to the car. Tap line a bit slower. But still, everything is good. A falafel truck was parked outside and it was good.“

“My 100th review!!! At least it was at a place with good beer. This is a nice new place with a food truck outside (at least there was when I was there). But be warned, this place gets very busy! There's a bar on one side and a purchasing area on the other. Prices are kinda steep in my opinion, I mean $23 for a 4 pack! Jeez. This is a very "trendy" spot.“

“Popped in here on a Sunday afternoon. Business was brisk, but the lines were not horrible. Bartenders were efficiently quick. Not a ton of seating, but we were able to get a spot. It is nice that they do half pours of everything, so you can try a variety. Good experience and easy to get to without going into the city of Boston.“

“In on a reasonably quiet Saturday, mainly to grab cans to go. Giant industrial space. Taproom with maybe 20 taps. Could have stayed all day. Food truck out front. Retail was super quick, in and out with cans with no wait, but again, Sunday afternoon.“

“Very solid place. Trillium decided to expand and did it in fashion. Tons of beer available to try, tons of beer available to buy. Lots of staff to minimise hassles with lines. It remains a brewery taproom, it’s a bit austere, there’s no food and setaing is light but overall it’s just a great way to have access to great beer. For an out-of-towner on a visit, this is way easier in every way to get to Trillium beer than the downtown location.“

“Reading through the other reviews they seem to referring to a place different from the one I visited. Yes it’s located in an industrial office park but they do now have a taproom as well as separate area for growler fills and bottle sales. They had a dozen beers on tap whiched ranged from damn good to pantheon brews. Everyone was very kind and personable. It’s definitely a destination place and I will be back if I’m in the area again. “

“Visited on a recent visit to Boston area. The location inside is a little different than your typical brewery, very sterile, low ceilings, somewhat broken up and small. Went on a Friday and they had a relatively short line for can and growler sales. Very reasonable limits and a wide variety of offerings. A little disappointed in the limit on tastings (20ozs). Not a brewery you would go and hang out all day and meet a lot of new people. The staff was very friendly and helpful for a first timer visitor and help me take the beer to my car.“

“Stopped here on a Saturday afternoon (1pm or so?) after Tree House. No limits on pours on Saturdays, so tried all their beers (9 different). All of them exceptional. Wait times for lines are 5 min or less. Then after trying their awesome selection, got on a short can line to have access to great beer at reasonable prices with limits beyond what a single person could drink. The thing I love about this that makes it better than Tree House in some ways is that you can just go there and get stuff without the hassle of lines or the fear of: "I just spent all this time in line and I won’t get any beer". It’s really exceptional in that regard. An absolute must.“

“Stopped in as a planned stop for bottles. They said no drinking on site, but that was pleasantly not true. There was a station where you could get up to 4 of the 8 beers on tap. The industrial park part of this threw it off a little. Inside was nice and roomy. The bottle release and growler taps were numerous for sure. Guys at the counter were friendly, helpful, and very easy-going. No food, though I think it would be hard to stay here long enough to require it. The prices for bottles and the samples was very reasonable. This is a place to go to in lieu of the downtown location, unless you have something special for Boston (which I don’t, thankfully).“

“This place was great. Great bottle and grower selection. 8 great beers on tap. Limited 4 but decently priced. A lot of space, though no seating. Great service and well priced.“

“A little better than the downtown location in that it offers some samples to try and is a little roomier but very difficult to get to (I taxied from the train on the way in and taxied all the way back to airport on way back. Wouldn’t recommend you go out here just for the free samples, as I did - they only offer 4 (and seemingly grudgingly). They have a slightly better selection here than the downtown one when I was there. Also, you can’t drink the bottles you buy here, even though they have ample space. I guess I’m glad this place exists as they can amp up their production of the good beer, but would prefer to drink it elsewhere in the future. Another case of crappy Massachusetts brewery visits.“

“Visited after lunch and beers at Jack’s Abby, around a 20-30 minute drive. Easy parking in the lot. Nice spacious brewery with a small bar, one section for free samples and the other for buying bottles and growlers. View of the tanks in the background. Friendly staff. Four drafts to try at the sample bar. No flights or pints to drink on premises. Five to six different 750 ml bottles for take out and half a dozen or so drafts for growlers. A little pricey but not bad. Worth a visit if you’re in the area and have time to stop by to get some Trillium bottles/growlers to go.

Their new taproom in the same location opens June 8, 2016. 5 oz pours or 10 oz pours with a 20 oz per person per day limit.“

“Visited on a Friday at 5:00 and it wasn’t too busy, which is a phenomenal change from Trillium’s Fort Point location. It’s a big, industrial style building at the end of a non-deScript office/industrial park, but that sort of adds to the appeal in my book. The great thing about this place is that there’s a ton of great Trillium beer available with good parking and little to no lines. There were 3 or 4 beers available for free sampling too, which was a great plus. Definitely worth a trip to buy some of Trillium’s world-class stuff.“

“Visited on 3-16-16. Arrived about 20 minutes early and were the first ones there. By open, about 10 others had joined, but it was nice that it wasn’t insanely busy. Opened right on time and staff unlocked the door and greeted and welcomed us. It’s pretty wide open there and you walk in, straight on the left side, and then around the corner to the right is the counter. Service was on point and the guy was really patient with me and didn’t seem annoyed with all of my questions since it was my first time. I had already made a list up based on the website, but a few things weren’t available, so it caught me off guard and I had to think on the fly. They gave us recommendations, got the bottles and orders done quickly, and were friendly. It can be very pricey, but in the world of craft beer I think the value is good. Their regular line of 750s are usually between 8.05 and 12.05 a piece. Special release sours are more. Also, at the end of the counter, you can try a few free samples after getting your beer. I assume it may be a bit more difficult on busy days/nights, especially carrying super heavy 12 bottles boxes, but a Wednesday at open was in and out. Overall, I loved it and enjoyed the experience. I’ll be back!“
