“Don't let the outward appearance of this place deceive you. This is a gem of a place. The true definition of a bottle shop. First of all, the service is really great. The owner and his staff are friendly and somewhat knowledgeable about the brews they stock. And there are many! Lots of local Pennsy brewers along with some from Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland and beyond. Just about everything is available as a single. They do sell sixpacks and twelve packs. They carry the standard crap like Bud, Miller, Coors and the like, but the real charm of this place is their diverse cross-section of hard-to-find or obscure breweries. I live in New Jersey and always find brews that I can't get in my state here. Prices tend to be a bit more here, as they usually seem to be in Pennsy compared to New Jersey, but the selection and convenience more than offset the upcharge (IMO). Also, they have about six taps for doing growlers to go or pints while you shop. Usually, local and/or good craft breweries.“

“I’m from NJ so this place had a really nice selection of stuff not available to me locally. The owner was very helpful in explaining the set up and offering me samples from the growler station. Overall the set up was confusing. Shelves and bottles everywhere with no rhyme or reason and prices were a little high. Despite the prices and confusion I would still go back if in the area again“

“Went here to grab some brews for the inlaw’s fridge. A smaller store with fridges along the whole out edge of the store. In between tightly spaced shelves with warm bottles and six packs. You could make a mixed 6 but I was just in and out. Selection is pretty decent, some higher end things but nothing overly rare. I thought the prices were high, almost obscene but are u going to but a six pack for the night or find some distributor and but a case of crap.“

“Surprising little shop in an unassuming location. Racks and racks of good stuff including an emphasis on local PA/NJ/MD brews. They had a growler station though I didn’t see the line up. Tons of singles for making your own six pack though there seemed to be a $$ premium paid for this priviledge. Service was below average but it was of little consequence. Note: the doors were open when we were there. Might be subject to light/temp fluctuations. Probably not a big deal but worth noting.“

“Good slection, prices have gotten better. Most beer is in refrigrators and they have some hard to find beers. They would do well to offer build your own six packs and allow a better selection of beers to be consumed on premises.“

“Not a bad place good mix of six packs and big bottles. Owner would make out better if he sold single bottles/build your own six packs. Six packs average $14 for most microbrews. The single bottles ranged from $5 to $20. Even had Russian River brews. Most of the beer was either cold in the cooler or room temp on a shelf which is always a good option. The place could use a facelift but who cares.“

“When I first got into beer, I loved this place, I thought the prices were awesome, and the selection. Not saying there selection is bad though, good place, I still go there to check up on seasonal beers.“

“Lots of singles, some hard to find stuff, some six packs and cases as well. They have warm and cold singles, and the staff is helpful, you can ask them to order you in something, and they will email you if they can get it in for you. Nice people. Breweries i saw; Troegs, Dogfish; Sam Smith, Sam Adams, Sarnac, Magic Hat, rogue, Ayinger. They have some belgians also. best within 20 miles of me, i kinda out grew it a little, but every once in a while i find something i haven’t had yet.“
