UPDATED: APR 12, 2024 Pours clear topaz with a thick and frothy parchment head. Aroma features pomme and stone fruit, floral, herbal, subtle malty tones. Flavor yields tangy and sweet stone and pomme fruit, floral and herbal character, fresh malt. Texture brings firm body and peppy fizz.

UPDATED: FEB 23, 2024 Frisk krydret frugtig duft af grønne æbler og citrusorange og et fornuftigt hvidt finkornet skum. Smagen viderefører duftindtrykkene. Frisk frugt af æbler og lidt orange med en maltside af syrlige grapebolsjer, og humlingen - ja ikke bitter - men saftig, frisk, aromatisk. Ikke sammenlignelig med Chimays øvrige tunge gærpægede træffere. Men i stedet en letbenet aromatisk nuanceret tørstslukker med en brusende frisk mundfølelse. Et fund i sin type.

Cloudy orange amber in color. From - snifter Taste - hops, bitter tones, weak sourness. Somewhat meh.

UPDATED: DEC 29, 2023 Aus der Flasche (bbe ) im Sommer 2023 getrunken. Diese leicht trübe, goldene Ale kommt mit leichte Citrus-, Hefe- und etwas Hopfenaroma daher. Der Körper ist recht leicht und somit ein schönes Ale für den Sommer.

UPDATED: DEC 27, 2023 Taster in northern France. Slightly hazy golden pour with white head, retaining well. Aroma a mix of soft malty, yeasty and faint citric. Very dry taste. OK carbo. OK blonde.

Another of the 'could have sworn I'd had this before' beers, there is a light flowery bitterness to this, some Belgian yeasty perfumed notes, quite sweet candy like notes. Pear drops, some apricot alcohol. It's fine.

UPDATED: NOV 1, 2023 From a bottle. Pours a hazy straw with a creamy off white head. Aromas fruit and yeast. Flavors are slightly bitter with fair amount of sweetness.
