Cask at Moeder Lambic. A mostly clear mid orange coloured pour with a a loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet musty grape, oak, some brown sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, sour, tangy green apple, musty wine, light rasin bread.. Palate is semi sweet, tang, lowish carbonation, prickly carbonation.

Draft at Moeder Original, Brussels. Clear amber with an off white head. Aroma of citrus, light flowers, oak and a soft funk. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

UPDATED: DEC 8, 2018 Cask at Moeder Lambic, St Gilles, 08/12/18. Almost clear golden amber with a decent off white cap. Nose is light funk, stewed fruits, hay bale, mellow barrel, vinous trace. Taste comprises apple skin, dusty fruits, vinous, wood must, gentle muscatel, grape must, damp straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough easy drinking and well rounded sour.

Color amarillo oscuro, pequeña corona de espuma blanca, aromas a fruta con notas acidas, sabor agrio fruta cuerpo medio rica.

UPDATED: FEB 4, 2018 Botella 75 cl en el Lúpulo Oviedo 18..11..2017. Lote 017..15. Fcpref 02..22. Color ámbar tostado velado con poca espuma blanca. Sabores maltosos algo dulces con toques ácidos bien combinados con cereales y maltas. Poco amargo final. Cuerpo ligero a medio con bastante carbónico. Seca al final. Bastante buena.

Sample at Quintessence 2016. Golden with virtually no head. Aroma is dried summer fruits, hint of barnyard funk, Riesling grapes. Light bodied, lightly astringent on the palate with a dry finish. Taste is white wine vinegar, kumquat.
