UPDATED: OCT 19, 2021 Fat @ Mikkeller pop up Moriskan, Malmö. Orange öl med dragning åt rött med ett rosavitt skum. Doft och smak är blommig, fruktig, hö och lätt funkighet. Citrus- och laktossyrlighet.

UPDATED: NOV 29, 2020 Bottle pour, light pink. Lightly floral sweet aroma.tart but the hibiscus gives this a slightly sweet and floral note like lychee and sweet rose.

UPDATED: OCT 25, 2020 Draught at Fermentoren. Low flufy white lasting head. Hazy pale red brown body. Mild and sweet berries aroma. Mild acidic berries flavor with an acidic touch of lemon. Nicely hopped. High carbonation. Long acidic dry finish.

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2020 Fad. Her ved siden af 5 Hill Farmstead ser den helt anderledes ud. Orange diset med lille skumhoved. Duften er brett med noget orange men tror det er farven. Smagen er igen syrlig som en appelsin. Lækker fyldig øl.

UPDATED: MAY 7, 2020 July 4, 2018 - at Birreria Volo - Hill Farmstead etc tap takeover. Very bubbly amber-gold with a bright white head. Floral (hibiscus aroma) with a nice light fresh oak woodiness - dusty, a bit sweet. Taste follows - really reminded me of Red Zinger herbal tea - not as sweet or woody as the aroma; hint of brett? Average body, decent carbonation, tingly in the finish - was so hot and thirsty it was hard to rate. It was good, I know that.

UPDATED: APR 11, 2020 Bottle: pours a bit hazy pinkish red with pinkish head. Aroma is hibiscus, lightly spicy, funky yeastiness. Taste is tart, flowery, very dry, not acidic. Very pleasant drinking generally speaking. Good hibiscus and yeasty aftertaste.
