Fruit beer flavoured with blackcurrant, purplish colour with pinkish head, sweet and lightly spiced aroma, dominated by blackcurrant and not much else. Taste also a lot of blackcurrant, sugary, spicy and sourish accents, but on a thin, almost watery basis, finish practically non-existent. I don’t see the point of this type of beer and apparently it has been replaced by a less strong version in the meantime - I have yet to taste that new version, but with a lower alcohol content, I bet the mouthfeel has become even thinner.
Bottle at Pressklubben. Red colour with a pink head. Berry aroma, mostly raspberries, black currants and some grape. Somewhat thin mouthfeel. Flavour is similar to the aroma.
cloudy dark red-brown colour, creamy pinky head, dry blackcurrant aroma, oily and medium-bodied, bitter/sour, very dry finish of blackcurrant with more sourish notes - an interesting and not easy fruit beer
