COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Let’s face it – we love big, flavorful stouts. As luck would have it, our friend Jeppe at Evil Twin Brewing feels the same way. We decided to brew a beer together that took elements from our favorite stouts we each produce to come together as one beer. Bible Belt takes elements we love from Prairie Bomb! and combines them with Evil Twin Brewing’s world famous stout, Even More Jesus. The end result is a smoky, spicy stout that is sure to please the pallet.

AWISLguy (4549) - Wisconsin, USA - APR 29, 2019
UPDATED: APR 29, 2019 12oz bottle from Woodmans in Waukesha. Pours very dark brown with a brown head. Aroma leads with big roasted malt & chiles. Later down the glass, the sweet malts, coffee and light vanilla come through. Taste is of sweet & roasted malts, cocoa nibs, coffee, and a vague herbal chiles component with sweet vanilla. Very tasty, fairly smooth, and dry. More than medium bodied, there is a bit of an alcohol presence, and the blend is very good. Finishes near the midst of that bitter-sweet scale, with light pepper, and a ton of depth. There are a lot of components to this one, and they all both show, and are of quality. Enjoyed this! 16.3

UPDATED: APR 12, 2019 From tap at sur mesure Nantes. Pours dark plack, thin tan head. Medium malty, coffee, berry and black fruits. Strong aroma at first swallow but disappearing then. A very good beer though, but treacherous cause you feel the 13° alcohol

Taste is consistent, quite sweet bourbon ale with fairly big raisin. Somewhat dry on the finish. Almost light on the finish - heavy on barrel properties. Very great.
