COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fragrance and taste of the “yeast-cloudy” wheat beer are distinguished by a refined top-fermented flowery-yeast character and an unmistakable, distinct banana aroma. First sensation on the taste buds is full-bodied, very soft and mild with a lively, champagne-like sparkle. A light, typical wheat beer taste is expressed, the bitter tone of which can scarcely be detected. The sparklingly refreshing Ayinger Bräuweisse will impress every wheat beer connoisseur with the first mouthful. 11.8°

UPDATED: JUN 5, 2021 W zapachu jak i smaku mocno bananowe, lekkie goździki. W ustach fane ciało, sam finisz wytrawny. W smaku mocno bananowe, lekko gożdzikowe, bardzo przyjemne, wyraziste. Dobry weizen. Goryczka, delikatna, ale zaznaczona, ziołowa, same słody jakby nie pierwszej świeżości.

BarrelMonger107 (257) - GREECE - MAY 1, 2021
UPDATED: MAY 1, 2021 Very unique 'Weissbier' beer to drink. The colour is lemony and the aroma is like that. A lot of lemon, banana, wheat notes. The taste is very sharp and crisp and the mouthfeel it is a bit light. The beer has big carboration and that tickles your neck and gives an extra complexity to the beer. The beer is spicy but not like 'Paulaner'. Is somewhere in the middle. The taste is great with big lemon and banana notes and that makes the beer slightly sour and the finish is one of the best of the style. I noticed a lot cinnamon flavours in the finish. Overall one very special 'Weissbier' to drink. It is not so refreshing because the high carboration but is very pleasand. If you find it, give a try

UPDATED: MAR 13, 2021 Świeży bananowo-drożdżowy aromat z goździkami w tle. W smaku więcej nut pszenicznych, banan również mocno wyczuwalny, natomiast goździki bardzo subtelne. Dosyć pełne, kremowe i musujące. Delikatny kwasek pod koniec. Jest wszystko co powinno być w weizenie, bdb.
