UPDATED: APR 10, 2024 Pours hazy golden with a large head. Aroma of spices and bananas. Taste of bananas, cookies, grass. Medium carbonation. Sweet and mildly sour aftertaste

UPDATED: MAR 27, 2024 Aroma of malt, fruits and spices. Hazy golden with a white head. Medium sweet and medium bitter. Medium body with average carbonation. Overall a decent Weissbier.

UPDATED: FEB 3, 2024 Dejlig gær, banan, vanilje duft. Flot højt hvidt skum, meget tåget, lidt bleg. Lækker weissen. Svært at pinpointe noget helt særligt, men god og solid.

UPDATED: OCT 28, 2023 From bottle (pkd 17Apr) in weizen. Pours dusty gold w/billowing ivory head of nearly symmetric bubbles despite hard pour. Wheaty aroma w/banana & light lemon, spice, earthy undertones. Creamy mouthfeel dampens wheat tartness; always impressed by German handling of wheat malt

UPDATED: OCT 21, 2023 Egal, was die 'Fachleute' sich hier zusammenreimen, das Bier ist Klasse. Eines der besten, die ich je getrunken habe.

UPDATED: SEP 23, 2023 Banana, cloves and yeast aroma. Has a cloudy dark yellow aroma and large and frothy off-white head. Sweet flavour with notes of banana, cloves, citrus and yeast. Medium body. Sweet finish. Very good and drinkable weissbier.

UPDATED: JUL 30, 2023 Poured from 500mL bottle. Quite hazy golden yellow with white head. Lots of heavy wheat yeast, mild banana, feint metallic note. Would have been great without the metallic note. Maybe it wasn't stored correctly at the store or maybe it's just too old (there's not date listed anywhere on the bottle).

UPDATED: JUL 8, 2023 Bottle from Beers of Europe. Cloudy gold with small white top. Aroma of banana, wheat, light clove with a nice freshness to it. Taste starts with a citrus and wheat note then some of that banana yeast esters and bread. Medium bodied, some stickiness. Good.
