balloonbuffoon (1125) - - FEB 24, 2019
UPDATED: FEB 24, 2019 8.5floz bottle, no date found (fresh though), $3 single, rocks glass. Smells like a nice herb tea, chamomile, coraindor, and hints of lemon come through in the nose. Taste is what I would describe as wildflower. Chamomile is what I find to be the most dominate trait, but is equally balanced by all the other flavor additives. A fine medium-full bodied botanical ale.

tmoreau (9895) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - FEB 20, 2019
UPDATED: FEB 20, 2019 Shared, rep provided, 8.5 oz. bottle poured to snifters showing a hazed, peach juice look, with a thin layer of off white foam, and minimal dots & dashes of lacing. The nose was soft malt, light yeast, lemon lozenge, honey sweetness, barber spice, and some herbal hints. Light bodied, with modest carbonation, the taste was somewhat similar notes, but less promising than the aroma. Rather uneventful, imo.

UPDATED: FEB 5, 2019 It pours fairly clear golden with a white head. It has a smooth slick body with soft carbonation. They taste shows the honey pretty well along with soft botanicals, some bier de garde malt and must. Quite good

seymour (2594) - Maplewood, Missouri, USA - NOV 29, 2018
UPDATED: NOV 29, 2018 Shared by Keith from the Honey Board, it poured a mostly-clear golden colour with white foam, lasting with lace. Light and grainy, grassy, just a little biscuity, great floral bouquet showcasing honey better than most honey beers, earthy, herbal, subtle black pepper spice. Light body and spritzy carbonation, lingering honey and beer-flavoured-beer aftertastes. Great stuff, and illuminating example of a near-forgotten beer style. Thanks!

From a bottle. Pours clear pale gold with a creamy white head. Tastes like doughy malt, some corn, honey, some lemon, and faint citrus hops. Light body and low/medium carbonation. Smells like honey, doughy malt, corn, and citrus hops.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is not so much honey but a big spice. Some coriander and grains of paradise. Flavor is some lemon zest a bit of spice and some wheat malt and maybe even some corn. Not much honey showed up but that also left this more dry than sweet. Nothing is really wowing me with this but at the same time it is a pretty decent spiced ale.

nuplastikk (9843) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 25, 2018
12oz bottle. Attractive hazy orange-tan body. Big, foamy, steady, white head. Capture a nice classic Belgian flavor profile, this bottle is a little old and the hops have taken on more of a faded noble hop feel...which works. Lots of depth and ingredients, but they all work well together, nothing stands out awkwardly. A real solid beer.

DandyWolfFloyd (1839) - Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 7, 2018
Aroma - lemon, wheat, coriander, clove, honey, and spice. Appearance - cloudy yellow citrine body. Head is 1 1/3" and settles into a full collar. Lacing is dispersed. Taste - is a mixture of lemon zest, coriander, wheat, honey, floral, and moderate hops. Palate - body is medium, smooth texture, carbonation is average, finish is floral, dry, and yeasty.
