Can 0.33l from Sterk Amsterdam, The Netherlands. 03.02.2017. Pour it hazy dark orange color with medium white head. Aroma grapes, clove, yeasty. Taste strange funky thyme, grassy all the time, odd notes, leaves, lightly bitter, light body, thin feel, average carbonation, hm.

Can: Served in a Chouffe glass: Blown large creamy head which changes into a small airy head. Cloudy amber body. Nose of brett, lemon/citrussy tint, floral, some brown sugars, funk... nice aroma. Flavour is funky, bitter, light wood, light floral and fruity tints, malts, some caramel and brown sugars while not sweet... Aftertaste is bitter, malty, herbal, light woody andnlughr funky... Medium carbo, between watery and creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied. Very decent beer!

(Keg at Bar Bronco 2, 20170111) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had malts, caramel and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with high carbonation. Flavours were malts, caramel, sweetness, grass, fruitiness and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A dull fizzy brew.

Can from Beer Gonzo, Online Store, Earlsdon, Coventry, consumed at home, Saturday 7th January 2017 cooking Thai and funking to Craig Charles i Pours clear amber with a lovely looking happy bubbly head. There is a little Brett coming through here, in what is an otherwise fairly mid table beer, a little funky on the nose. Decent if a touch unexciting. A7 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.3

Can, one week remaining till expiry date. Opaque honey coloured pour, frantic ivory head. Low retention. Good lacing. Funky sourish nose. Fruity. Spicy. Lollipop far away. Light body. Dry taste. Hoppy profile. The yeast claim their presence on start and by mid taste totally surrender to the woody astringent hop bitterness. It is well made in its own way. Even interesting for those who think the Belgian ale has to be improved. Im not among them.
